Am a bit worried about the BBF's lawyer's office bill after their Michelle Murray's intake yesterday and after talking with Attorney Jim Hodgson (https://bbflawoffices.com/attorneys/james-hodgson/) for about 10 minutes before this as I sat across from the BBF law office, in the US Dept of Interior's park next to the New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park's exhibits' office in pretty, historic NB...
 since I'm so deeply impoverished (and in getting WUaS for a song) ... but I think I may have thus far successfully averted Sandy from stealing the MacLeod Cuttyhunk house from me, and you, Ma, and possibly prevented the house from becoming a site for the illegal sex drug violence and rental industries and their latent networks of violence ... and I stil have a credit card ... and am paying it off successfully ... Am saving money rent-wise, or mortgage-wise further by sleeping in car ...

I'm still seeking to sort things out further with you, Ma (Janie), thanks to Dr John Sargent's call 2 days ago to me in Brookline MA .... and in growing an abolishing the wrongful buying and selling of people movement ... what happened to our family, Ma? Great to talk with you today, and thank you for calling and leaving a message! I was sitting in the New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park's park directly across from your offices as we spoke. Thanks for letting me know that you're semi-retired, as is Attorney Beauregard of Beauregard, Burke & Franco, at which you became 'of counsel' to the firm in 2010. Thanks also for inviting me to call your main telephone number after 2pm ET. I was in the Fogg Art Museum at Harvard for a brief while just yesterday (pics here - https://photos.app.goo.gl/1kEDgGKyuyd2oLpB7), and where you worked for many, many years - and that you have sailed into Cuttyhunk on a private boat, and that Beauregard is likely the best law firm in the New Bedford area. Thanks too for letting me know beforehand that our call would be recorded, and asking in what county Cuttyhunk island is in; as it turns out, it's in Dukes' county, and not Bristol county, and that that's where any potentially document of 3 way ownership of the MacLeod Cuttyhunk house would likely be 'registered.' 

Thanks too for letting me know you might still go to court, when asked, but depending on what my brother, and my mother, do (re hiring lawyers etc), that this might not occur.

Greetings from Brown University, (your alma mater I think, Attorney Hodgson), and thanks to BBF's Michelle Murray for her call just now to me, regarding MacLeod Cuttyhunk ownership questions and a possible legal document to be filed with the state of Massachusetts, with Duke's country house ownership registration, which I think would be this - https://massrods.com/dukes/mission/ but also possibly in a different titles' database with Dukes' county. Michelle Murray said that there would be a $2000 initial retainer's fee (and that this might be the hourly rate too) ... and that BBF's partners' Burke and Franco would need to meet with you and I, Ma, Jane MacLeod, regarding our (Sandy and mine) parent's house as Grantor (owner in many ways), in person. in New Bedford. When I said that was a heck of a lot of money for me presently, and asked if we could also meet in a video call, Michelle thought that might be possible.

Ma (Janie MacLeod), so it sounds as if you are the Grantor (at this time) and in sense deed holder and title bearer, if filed in Dukes' county, and owner, at this time, and with you having created this "Residential Trust Cuttyhunk Janet B MacLeod April 6 1999" legal document (which I've attached) - in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania - and, with you still alive, with provisions for your grandchildren to inherit the house too (and while I still want to have children, I think Sandy is not going to have children, and doesn't have any children that I know of either), and it also seems like there's a termination date for it 15 years after its inception written in ..., So, I'm not going to follow up at this point with BBF further, and am glad you're still alive, Ma, ... and that my children might potentially inherit the MacLeod Cuttyhunk house.

Thank you for Michelle Murray's call this morning as I drove to Brown University in Providence RI, your alma mater, and in saying there would be a $2000 initial BBF retainer's fee, which is way out of my range, being deeply impoverished. 

Any thoughts, please, on how I might head to Cuttyhunk tomorrow as one of 3 owners of the MacLeod Cuttyhunk house, for about 2 weeks, and to write my 6th book "Society, Information Technology and The Global University" - and with the house's new locks being opened possibly by a new assigned caretaker, possibly 1) Russell Wright, or 2) Will Archer, both on Cuttyhunk?
