Interesting that you observed something like apparently "We are not in charge ..." and after I think I mentioned seeking to drive across the country again at the end of December 2024 around 12/31/24 from Pittsburgh to a newly safe Canyon 94516, (and after flying back to Pittsburgh on Friday, 12/20/24).

Thoughts further about signing, or learning I will be able to sign, legal documents for ownership or similar of 670 Ridgecrest Rd Canyon 94516, and potentially before I fly back east on Friday? (And see the PPPPP PPPPP S below).

Hi Ma, Ed, Pin! Nice to talk with you, Pin, at some length, and Ma too! And thanks Ed so much for your encouragement! - seeking to 'precipitate' my moving into 670 - which was the word you used I think ... in March of 2022 in A long phone call  -  again for me to move into a newly safe Canyon 94516 ... But Ma, you sounded stressed on our phone call - & why, I wonder? Glad I think you'll be safe in Longwood for the foreseeable future (my having sought a US federal investigation there) ... and might I meet Donna Leet MD out west through Byron and Cindy Hann MD (WHO Also WISHED ME LUCK IN MOVING INTO CANYON after we talked about this at length ... and where Byron MD may be a kind of 'Big Man,' anthropologically, in Moraga, CANYON too, having grown up in Piedmont  ... knowing many people and how things work ... and being good ) ... Having talked with you, Ma - & in seeking to fly back to Pgh, leaving my car in Berkeley in front of Gantt's house ... and take a 6:00 am flight if possible from Oakland to Pgh, I'm hoping to rent a car in Pgh for the remaining ~2 weeks over Xmas, then either drive westward a UHaul truck with my things, or preferably get a 2025 Toyota Sienna Woodland Edition xle awd minivan somehow, & drive it,  towing a UHaul trailer with my things, forward into a newly safe 670 Ridgecrest Rd Canyon 94516 departing 12/31/24  ... Thanks for your email and concern. 

I booked the SW flight this morning for Friday departing Oakland CA at 1 pm, and arriving in Pgh on Saturday early in the morning at 12:10 am (for ~$418)

And I booked a vehicle with Budget for 10 days for ~$586 


As my plans develop for returning, driving west on around 12/31/24 in a 10 foot UHaul truck ... and at this time ...
I'll plan to stay as a back up at the HI Pigeon Point Youth Hostel (https://www.hiusa.org/find-hostels/california/pescadero-210-pigeonpoint-road) about 45 minutes south of SF ... (and put my things in extra space storage initially ... return the truck and use my car that's out here to get around) ... and continue to seek to get a 2025 Toyota Sienna Woodland Edition XLE AWD minivan in Pgh in the meantime ... potentially with US federally mandated payouts by criminal PNC banks even ... 

and all 'as way opens' (a Quaker understanding) to move forward into a newly safe Canyon 94516 from January 1, 2025 ... per Ed Smyth MD's precipitation of this beginning in around March 2022 ...

and show you the Youth Hostel receipt as a form of lease for January even when I get to Pgh this weekend ...
