Just dropped off a gift for you at your front door on Larch around 3;15pm ... and a possible book to read for the "Proposed Reedie + Book Group" in 2025 (in March?, or January?). It's by a Nobel Laureate, and is a brilliant novel about both humanoid robotics, as Artificial Friends (AFs), and potentially the emergence of consciousness in human-like robots, as well as about 'lifting' people with gene editing, (but which makes the main character feel sick some of the time ... e.g. pre-FDA approval of such new genetic drug therapies).

It would be great to see you and visit in person before I depart west on Tu 12/31/24  (possibly driving a 10 foot UHaul rental truck west) ... Am seeking to somehow get a 2025 Toyota Sienna Woodland Edition XLE AWD minivan, cement blue color, before I leave however  ... If by any chance, I get one before late Friday afternoon, for example, I could conceivably meet you in West Virginia or similar 1/2 way between DC and Pgh on Saturday or Sunday, for a hike (... but do I recall correctly now that you have plans for the weekend?) ... Or might you be able to get away on Friday? ... As I left my mother's house yesterday evening after Xmas dinner, I got the impression from her however that I wouldn't see her again before I departed ... so I don't really have a vehicle (regarding this Dodge RAM pickup truck I was rented, which may get 10 mpg or similar, but which could be good for getting boxes for moving, and even possibly giving a good one season used air conditioner to Pin Mazumdar, leaving it in front of his old house, if he's still an owner, ... and for a maintenance person to put it in their garage, or similar, if Pin might want it) to meet you at Fallingwater or half way on Friday ... Might we visit Friday. 12/27/24 possibly, were you to come to 5816 Callowhill St 15206 (William Penn's 2nd wife's name) ... or ???
