After the gunshot to my vehicle on Skyline Drive on M May 18, 2026, and the 5 tesla companies-related death threats to me I posit earlier in 2026, World University and School  continues to grow a worldwide abolition movement (and in seeking to code for all 7.9 billion people from here - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/You_at_World_University, each a Wikidata PIN #), and in seeking to knock back international organized crime, re abolishing the wrongful buying and selling of people in the illegal sex, drugs, violence, car theft, military targeting etc industries and their latent networks of violence, and as I and the WUaS Academic Medical Center continue to seek to move further into a newly safe vacant with property deed 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516.

Just this morning - and are tesla-related companies with GPS even continuing to seek to institutionalize international organized crime in the SF east bay ? - with teslas, if not swarming, in abundance up on Skyline drive this morning, as I went into the Trudeau conference center restrooms, - an East Bay MUD police pickup truck first drove past my vehicle as I got out parking on the main 11500 Skyline Blvd, Oakland, CA 94619 road, - videoing me and the car even? - and then pulled into the parking lot and parked next to the rest rooms facing out as I walked in toward the restrooms - further videoing me?, and in cahoots with tesla international organized crime ?? - and then was gone when I came out of the restroom. Was this the same EBMUD police pickup or officer that drove rapidly by my vehicle, didn't stop, and as I was reporting the gunshot to my vehicle (and the Oakland Police Headquarters' 911 number said an officer would come ... but this was EBMUD territory too, I recognize), on Th 5/21/26, my being parked at the OPD's suggestion in front of the chabot space and science center, waiting for an hour and a quarter, for an officer to come to take the report, but which officer never came (whereupon I went in to the Oakland police headquarters on 7th street and made an official police report further .... And re jurisdictional issues between the Oakland police and EBMUD police)? And was this EBMUD police pickup or officer operating this morning with tesla-related GPS - Global Positioning System Satellite (re even retired major general of the southern command in the us air force douglas fraser - and re my father's GKM MD's 1st subdural hematoma on semester at sea in the country of Belize on 12/30/04 the day before my birthday, where fraser would have likely have had to sign off on my father's whacking, I posit ... and in cahoots with international organized crime with us uniformed armed services overseas), AI and ML tracking software even? The EBMUD officer appeared to cower down in his driver's seat as I went into the restroom. 

How is the SF Bay Area law enforcement further cleaning up or knocking back international organized crime and cleaning up Canyon 94516? (Are some Canyon 94516 critters and other SF Bay Area denizens seeing MD psychiatrists / psychotherapists too in these regards)?

Officer B Pyle at Oakland Police Headquarters, did law enforcement find the shooter of my car as I arose from Yoga mudrasana forward bend meditation into Ardha padmasana seated Yoga meditation around 8 am on M 5/18.26 - 1/2 mile north of the chabot space and science center, affiliated even with space X even and the US space agency?? - on Skyline drive? Did law enforcement identify, locate and arrest this shooter, or the twitterX employees who posted the 3 "We Will Kill You" death threats that showed up in my Twitter feed? Did they find & arrest the driver of the white tesla, who shown his lights on me, my vehicle and the "u i kill" scratched into the yellow band of a telephone pole also on Skyline drive (about 2 miles north), and then who laughed evilly as he drove away, or the shooter, with 3 shots being fired about a minute later - re this death threat I posit? Are they in custody? Were each of these episodes about seeking further to institutionalize international organized crime up on Skyline re the wrongful buying and selling of people or similar ? And are all of these my Friendly NtF Quaker inquiries being added to law enforcement large language models (LLMs) to help protect people in the future, as well as to knock back international organized crime ?

Ed (Smyth MD), who may know much SF Bay Area history of international organized crime and the illegal sex and violence industries etc back to when you graduated from UCSF medical school in 1999, (and before having grown up in SF in the same neighborhood as CA governor Gavin Newsom), when might I be able to head out to Contra Costa county municipal offices and sign the property deed for  670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516, and then move in please to a newly safe vacant with property deed 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516? And how best to communicate about this further? 

Glad I called twice, at Cindy (and Byron) Hann MDs' suggestion in nearby Moraga, the local police from 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 in September 2020, about 6 months into the SARs CoV-2 pandemic lockdown (and bioterrorism preparation I posit), to report thefts and illegal break ins over the years (including I think my US passport - by t wylie??) ... and that a Sheriff D Lynch came out to take the report after my second call.
