I'm planning to join - to yoga with? - George Church re https://x.com/geochurch/status/2084958479148523537 in the Harvard TreeHouse in Allston, from Thursday October 1-3, 2026 at the Harvard Aging Research and Drug Discovery conference e.g. https://agingpharma.org/program2026 # virtual-cell-in-time  -

One new question here, how might World University and School even develop an OSK drug to age-reverse genetically, I think, my what I'm calling 'eustachian tube dysfunction"  in my right ear ... where a few MDs have looked into my ear but haven't seen anything. As a first step, how can I medically identify the place or spot, or specific cells, in my ear, so as to be able to design such a new OSK drug to reverse the action in their cellularly? Talk with a Harvard Med Sch ENT MD at the Harvard AARD conference as a starting place? And in what ways could World Univ & Sch and Harvard Med Sch collaborate on this in a #RealisticVirtualEarthForENT virtual #RVEforEHR at the cellular level and perhaps with Insilico Medicine's irtual-cell-in-time ?

I've registered for and am attending the Harvard aging research and drug discovery conference 10/1-10/3 at the Harvard Tree house in Allston  (per https://x.com/geochurch/status/2084958479148523537), and regarding World University and School's developing realistic virtual earth for genetics, and aging reversal (and our free open wiki Aging_Reversal_Genetics' subject - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Aging_Reversal_Genetics, not yet in other countries' languages).

restorative Yoga explorations -

C 1
Savasana with knees bent
Start with lying on back, head on blanket, knees bent, feet about 12 inches from one another, slightly pigeon toed, knees resting against each other, and release into your inner back body, release your consciousness into the bowl of the back of your head, receiving your eyes into their sockets too ... As your breath comes into through your nostrils, release too your nostril skin away from the touch of your breath as it comes in creating more space from your breath to move freely in (and out) ... in a kind of savasana too

C 2
Tadasana prone

After around 5-7 minutes, extend your legs long, into Tadasana (standing pose or Mountain pose) prone with big toes touching now,

C 3
into Urdhva Hastasana prone (re upward arms re urdhva hastasana) but here prone lying on your back on the floor

and then extend your arms up toward the sky over your chest, and then describe an arc with your fingertips to bring your arms long over your head toward the floor  ... and with your arms continuing to extend long, let your thumbs come to the floor if they do ... to explore further de-hunching ... then bring your arms back by your sides, and bend your knees again

C 4
With your knees bent again in Savasana, head on a blanket

draw your knees up over your chest, and hug them, breathing into your belly or belly balloon, releasing your sits' bones down toward the floor

C 5
Twisting

With your knees  drawn up over your chest, extend your left arm 90 degrees to the left, and release your knees to the right, and toward embracing them with your right arm, at its elbow, and breath into you inner upper torso to open it from the inside in this Twist on the floor

C 5 a
Then with your knees  drawn up over your chest, extend your right arm 90 degrees to the right, and release your knees to the left, and toward embracing them with your left arm, toward at its elbow, or with your hand, and breath into you inner upper torso to open it from the inside in this Twist on the floor on the other side

C 6
Sit on a chair now, in a kind of sitting Yoga meditation, spine lengthening up, breathing exploratorily to free open your inner torso, and then extend your arms over your head, into sitting Urdhva Hastasana (upward hands) ... releasing your inner arms long toward the sky through your outer arms (or the eg the skin of your arms in a sense)

C 7

@sundarpichai
Today we have set out how we’re building AI to accelerate science and improve people’s lives. Just some examples in the last week or so:

- Mapped all 9B possible single letter genetic changes across the human genome with AlphaGenome Atlas and made it openly available to researchers.
- Billions of decisions depend on weather predictions so we introduced WeatherNext 3, our most accurate and capable global weather AI model to date.
- We published AI & Economy ATLAS, a comprehensive open-access look at how people are using AI globally.
- AI has enabled extraordinary advances in language translation. Today our services are available in nearly 300 languages, spoken by 7B people

We’re focusing our efforts on four key areas: health, natural disaster and weather resilience, learning, and economic opportunity. https://blog.google/innovation-and-ai/technology/ai/ai-applications-science-people/

What can GLP-1 drugs teach us about aging?

In this video, I share new NIH-funded research showing that semaglutide, a GLP-1 medication, extended lifespan and improved several measures of health in older mice. While more research is needed to understand what these findings could mean for people, the study offers intriguing insights into the biology of aging.
