Mr. Zalmat in Morocco, a 27 year old graduate in chemistry is potentially very interested in the planned Ph.D. program at WUaS. And when I attended the BPPE licensing workshop in San Jose, CA in February 2019, they said they could license not only Bachelor's degrees but also Ph.D.s! (BPPE licensing goes hand in hand with WASC senior accreditation initially as these agencies develop in the information age in CA).
He's most interested in a free-to-students' MIT OCW-centric Ph.D. candidacy in Computer Science beginning in September 2021, with a likely 7 year average time to completion at first. Perhaps he could help develop a realistic virtual earth for chemistry in these regards, and in French and Arabic, even in part, since his undergraduate degree was in chemistry - https://twitter.com/hashtag/
