Yoga & Happiness {

... healthy bodymind from exploring, playfully even, all the asanas

... and turn on your favorite musics for neural cascades of pleasure, whenever you like ...

{and Play:} ... sounds good :)

... just added MIT OCW resource on 'meditation' -

"A Meditation on Mediation: A Close Reading of Olivier’s Cough"

... added this article

"How Yoga Can Wreck Your Body"

and the author of this NYT's article William J. Broad's forthcoming book on the Science of Yoga

to World University & School's wiki, Yoga, subject page - .

(WUaS is like Wikipedia with MIT Open Course Ware, with free Bachelors, Ph.D., Law and M.D. degrees planned, accrediting on MIT OCW).

... still enjoying the Relaxation Response ... ... especially in the Harbin warm pool :)

I'm so glad people are rigorously, and sceptically, questioning yoga and meditation, as well as practicing them, ~ and that both approaches are part of, and inform, World University & School.
