Hi Jim,

Di..... F. said she doesn't need my CSIG talk slides - http://cognitive-science.info/community/weekly-update/ - until Wednesday, May 4, 2016. I'm going to build my talk out of my ISSIP talk last year, in which I/WUaS offered (i.e. sought to) a financial reward re this Universal Translator ISSIP Grand Challenge. Thanks too for your great contributions to my Universal Translator talk - as grand challenge re the guidebook with test idea - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2015/03/orchidaceae-wuas-1000-proposed-issip.html

Would it be possible for WUaS to offer a similar financial reward in this talk, but with actual monies forthcoming please, and get ISSIP, IBM or even Harvard/military support for this reward?

I'd add this information into the appropriate slides as I prepare further for this IBM CSIG talk on Thursday, May 5, 2016. Thank you!

Best, Scott

Hi Scott,
My thoughts....

Without funding in hand,  not appropriate "to offer financial incentive from WUaS"

Probably is appropriate "to ask for collaborators who want to work on getting relevant grand challenge projects defined and funded."

FYI... the current focus of ISSIP and IBM is "badging" - see:
