Sharing with you off list this Côte d'Ivoire online University at World University and School - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/C%C3%B4te_d%27Ivoire(https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Nation_States) - which is not yet in French or the other languages of Côte d'Ivoire (as wiki schools for open teaching and learning). World Univ & Sch is like Wikipedia/Wikidata in its 298 languages with CC-4 MIT OpenCourseWare in its 5 languages, and plans to offer online free CC-4 OCW-centric university and high school degrees - Bachelor, Ph.D., law, M.D. and I.B. high school - in all ~200 countries' official languages. (WUaS donated itself to Wikidata for co-development in 2015, and got this new WUaS Miraheze Mediawiki in 2017 as a consequence).

Thanks so much for your email just now. It looks like we emailed from about 11/28/2015 to 3/26/2016 and re our English speaking learning in group video Hangouts. How are you in Venezuela? The weather isn't too bad in winter in the SF Bay Area. World Univ & Sch has gotten our new wiki and here's the new ESL wiki page - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/English_as_a_Second_Language- which anybody can edit. (And here's the related https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/English_as_a_Second_Language_for_Kids ).

I'm checking out the Lego Robotics' WeDo 2.0 - https://education.lego.com/en-us/products/lego-education-wedo-2-0-core-set/45300 . It works with the Scratch drag and drop programming language - https://scratch.mit.edu/download - from MIT. (Both involve a couple of other pre-software installations).

I found We Do 2.0 Lego for Education on Harvard Prof. Karen Brennan's Twitter feed recently - https://twitter.com/karen_brennan .

Nice videos with Natalie Haas playing cello - https://nataliehaas.com/videos - who happens to be an Associate professor of music at Berklee in Boston, I just noticed (and added here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natalie_Haas). Appreciating in particular the intoning qualities she generates in this first video - https://youtu.be/JDUCtQkeNLo - and would like to head in this direction with my Scottish small pipes. Glad to say I'm going to be singing with the St. Paul's Episcopal Church choir in Burlingame this autumn (and potentially as countertenor with time:).

Good music, good singers, too, and we'll be singing the JS Bach Christmas Oratorio and the Mozart Requiem, along with an anthem every week, as well as Episcopal hymns ... it's actually pretty great music too ... may explore descant lines if I begin to sing countertenor (Singing Descant: http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Singing_Descant), although this morning I sang bass ... (for further bliss neurophysiology elicitation focus here re neural cascades of pleasure and music-making ...)

Heard them sing in Stanford Memorial Church - https://events.stanford.edu/events/696/69687/ - not long ago.

Perhaps we can explore collaboration with time about a virtual choir - Virtual Choir: http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Virtual_Choir - (in the World University Music School - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/World_University_Music_School ).

Bruce, Robert, Jack and UUCPA (and greetings, Tim!)

This sheet music and these SATB recorded parts are great for learning to sing UU choir music from home, for one! Thank you. I'm curious now - in a building kind of way - whether it might be additionally possible to sing this, for example, FROM home WITH the UUCPA choir in Thursday rehearsals and on occasional Sunday mornings via a 10-person Google group video Hangout, - now silently, but also after Hangouts get up to speed with real real time music-making.

And could this be a start-simple-and-build-it model for virtual UU choirs, for UU choirs and singers everywhere, and perhaps also the beginnings of an online UU choir school for UUs and Us and also other church choirs, around the world even (in many languages), - since the Google group video Hangouts could be saved to Youtube, and be used for practicing with by anyone with broadband at anytime?
