To seek and reach out to World University and School's second undergraduate class for the autumn of 2020, at licensing WUaS (with CA's BPPE), WUaS is seeking the initial $5000 in fees, and committed funding annually after this for both licensing and accreditation. WUaS seeks hereby too to become listed in High School Counseling Offices (see, for ex., - https://www.nacacnet.org/globalassets/documents/publications/research/hsls_counseling.pdf).

In seeking to develop the WUaS high school international baccalaureate (IB) diploma - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/WUaS_International_Baccalaureate_Diploma_and_Programme - in all ~200 countries' official / main languages, WUaS seeks to collaborate with or create inspiring IB course ware online, and emerging both from MIT OCW High School - https://ocw-origin.odl.mit.edu/high-school/ - and which in part is potentially 'makey-makey,' possibly coding and gaming-centric, project based learning oriented, builds on the conference method (Harkness table method - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harkness_table ?) and which cultivates critical thinking, from home. WUaS doesn't want to lose high school students from the beginning of their online studies.

The annual financial report will be emailed in January, after the close of the WUaS Jan-Dec fiscal year.

In terms of reimbursement from Departments of Education in all ~200 countries, and 501 c 3's World Univ & Sch's revenue and business plan, WUaS is seeking comparable reimbursement to the following great universities' tuitions . . .

And CC-4 MIT OCW-centric World Univ & Sch seeks to offer a world class online education  education comparable to Stanford's and MIT's as WUaS accredits first with the state of California's BPPE (Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education) - so as a private university, in the context of the USA.

And, again, WUaS can use the MIT OCW name if we add the following clarifications - see: worlduniversityandschool.org ...

- so WUaS isn't entirely a 'no-name' startup university, and there's also a gold mine or motherlode of courses to grow from here in MIT OCW's 5 languages as WUaS seeks highest achieving students online in all ~200 countries' main languages.

Information Technology -
Re beginning with ... 
'You at World University' ... 

MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School (which is like Wikipedia in 300 languages with MIT OCW in 5 languages), in donating itself to Wikidata for co-development and having received WUaS Miraheze MedIaWiki as a consequence, is seeking to make them interoperable for online matriculating WUaS students, in 200 countries, and for volunteer editors, open wiki teachers and learners (or 'Universitians' at WUaS), so for speakers in each of all 7,111 known living languages ... and then potentially a Person item # or Qitem# for 7.5 billion people, conceptually.

Additionally, WUaS is seeking to plan for, brainstorming-wise, coding for all 7.5 billion people for the following reasons:

All 7.5 billion people, each a Wikidata Q-item number for

i) wiki Universitians in 7,111 known living languages, and matriculated students in all ~200 countries,


ii) Avatar Bot Electronic Medical Records, with genetic therapies, and for molecular tele robotic surgery, for ex.,


iii) Universal Basic Income (UBI) experiments (and to alleviate poverty), and to DISTRIBUTE a single cryptocurrency backed by some number of ~200 countries' central banks (where the Euro is in 19 out of 28 EU countries, and backed by their central banks in one way or another) ... and potentially with UBI experiment recipients able, for example, to mine the "Mine Pi" cryptocurrency (as a mineable single cryptocurrency), developed by Stanford graduates, by clicking on the 'lightning button' brainstorming-wise. 


iv) a single family tree for genealogy research as in WikiTree (https://www.wikitree.com, and see too World Family Tree - https://www.geni.com/worldfamilytree), and for aggregating DNA samples too (see item 2 again).

In what ways could Wikdiata plan for all 7.5 billion people each a Wikidata Q-item # and for the above reasons and many more (and keeping in sync with Wikipedia's mission of "the sum of all human knowledge" where all 7.5 billion people generate this with their language, for example)?

WUaS seeks to begin now in 2020 with BPPE Licensing - https://twitter.com/CaBPPE (& possibly WASC senior Accreditation)

World Univ & Sch is seeking $5,000 to begin licensing with the state of California's BPPE (Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education) in January, and annual fees for this, and for accreditation too (potentially with WASC senior). WUaS is seeking to matriculate our 2nd online undergraduate class for free-to-students' CC-4 MIT OCW-centric Bachelor degrees (taking 4 years to complete) in the autumn of 2020, with online students from all ~200 countries first in English, - and has had to postpone this licensing process this year, once already, due to lack of funding.

A
WUaS seeks to develop our online bookstores / computer stores / robotics' stores / hospital technologies' stores, with web site platform developments (see above) ... in ~200 countries and 7,111 living languages.

This will occur both Actually-Virtually, and Physically-Digitally, and includes the on-the-ground "Big Box" stores' idea in all ~200 countries.

And these stores may carry food as well with time, to attract people to them. (World University and School academics, including medical schools with online teaching hospitals, still plan to be as much online and distributed as possible).
