World Univ & Sch is seeking an online undergraduate class of 500-2000 English speaking students from all 200 countries in the autumn of 2020. WUaS website development in multiple languages will be a major part of this - worlduniversityandschool.org

Finances - WUaS calendar year is January-December, so the annual financial report will come out in January 2020

Information Technology -

WUaS is glad to be in Wikidata (and in WUaS Miraheze MediaWiki - but they aren't yet interoperable), and newly communicating in Wikidata Office Hours in the Telegram App,(which first Wikidata office hour meeting there WUaS just attended on 5 Nov 2019); see transcript at bottom here - https://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2019/11/hop-bush-dodonaea-viscosa-all-75.html - and in WUaS planning for:

All 7.5 billion people, each a Wikidata Q-item number for

i) wiki Universitians in 7,111 known living languages, and matriculated students in all ~200 countries,

ii) Avatar Bot Electronic Medical Records, with genetic therapies, and for molecular tele robotic surgery,

iii) Universal Basic Income EXPERIMENTS (and to alleviate poverty), and to distribute a single cryptocurrency backed by some number of ~200 countries' central banks

iv) a single family tree for genealogy research as in WikiTree, and for aggregating DNA samples too

Organizational structure for WUaS developments -

i) Building on the WUaS Monthly Business Meeting organizational structure (see links to 2019 WUaS Minutes below)

ii) Seeking to move from writing as management style to Chief Operating Officer approach

iii) Seeking to code the WUaS web site ... (on Google platform, with best STEM CC-4 OpenCourseWare and in Wikidata's 300 languages, - and with licensing and accreditation)

iv) seeking to develop financial processes in these regards

With respect to this, how best to structure WUaS

B) For growth, and brainstorming-wise, potentially with a French entrepreneurial incubator called Schoolab (which meeting WUaS will attend this Friday evening, 15 Nov 2019, in SF - see below) ...

C) And how can WUaS become financially operational, and begin to hire? (ie how can we develop the organizational culture to support this growth, and then develop organizational structures beyond Friendly open Monthly Business Meeting ... ?

WUaS seeks to develop monies-wise, and re broadest organizational and IT structures, for this by exploring reaching out further to the Washington DC / Boston / Pittsburgh areas, as well as in the SF Bay Area ... and potentially in Europe now too.

Rosa chinensis: Schoolab San Francisco International - and incubating World Univ & Sch? * * * The 'gold mine' or 'mother lode' of Creative Commons' 4 licensed MIT OpenCourseWare (in its 5 languages), where CC-4 licensing says users can, with MIT OCW, A) share it, B) adapt it, C) but non-commercially, WUaS cannot ask for tuition from students - so online WUaS will be free-to-students - but WUaS will seek reimbursement from governments (eg federal, state, local, etc) per student per year; this could extend to all 29 French speaking countries
