One WUaS, and the only one, and the founding, WUaS Corp Board member stepped down today - warmly he signed off twice with (someone named Kyle Wagner from CA) - and just after I let BOTH Boards know both statements of Information for both wings of WUaS had been filed successfully - thanks to two emails from the state of CA.

Further momentous steps and Yay for these little achievements ... & Toward WUaS Monthly Business Meeting on this Saturday 😊 (conducted loosely in the manner of Friends / Quakers).

How was your day? And how are you doing?

Am out on walk now 1.8 miles away before heading home, and it's almost dark with a beautiful orange band of light to the west over Marin :)

Am not sure whether I'll hike with Ed this weekend or next or when. (And I'm not sure either why Mr. Mazumdar asked me in email (which I forwarded to you too) whether you had sold 319 Juniata Ct. Pgh, PA, a few weeks ago - it means for one the Mazumdars might be thinking about my next abode ... And could there even be a schedule federal authorities are working on regarding 'cleaning up' Canyon somehow?) I'll reach out to Navin Doshi toward the end of the month about either exploring extending the lease another 6 months, - or perhaps even not having to pay last month's rent at Arlington for March (since I paid it in the deposit) ... ... Perhaps staying on Arlington will be possible!

(And I am glad again, as I just shared with you, that the World University and School's Statement of Information card, the SI 100, was approved again this year too). Both are California legal entities, and World University and School is also a tax exempt charitable federal US 501 (c) 3 organization.
