( ... and with my having paid a mover a $1750 deposit and signed a contract to move my things from Pgh PA 15208 to 670 Ridgecrest Road Canyon 94516 arriving there on F 9/1/23, now cancelled)? I'm recalling the brilliant Lacanian psychoanalytic psychiatrist George Alexander MD who referred me to you - when you and I first talked in the Philadelphia area in the early 1990s in your physical office, and also regarding when we talked when I was living in Canyon 94516 about 10-15 years ago and you were based in the Boston area at Tuft's - quipping to me "If you don't plan, someone else will." THANKS to Ed's call, and his mentioning planning many times, and about a WUaS academic medical center, I'd be interested in talking with you John presently - since we know each other and you know my history - and about developing a Physical- Digital Work Wiki too MIT OCW-centric World Univ & Sch academic medical center in Canyon 94516 beginning this autumn. Thank you too for saying on the phone in May 2022 in a very very brief call, when I telephoned you from Canyon 94516, that you can't talk (per your legal counsel), but you asked me nevertheless "What's up?" And I asked what you thought about my moving into Canyon, you saying as we signed off something like - "Yes, it makes sense for me to move forward into Canyon 94516 again, - but how to know if it's become safe is the question?" (With US federal and state of CA law working successfully together, for one?) It's possible I'll be based in Massachusetts in a short term rental in the Boston area or even on Cuttyhunk Island MA 02713 in September and October 2023 as I write my 6th book on "Society, Information Technology, and the Global University." Might it be possible please to talk about developing such a WUaS academic medical center plan in Canyon (and planning for a life partner too - DL MD in the SF Bay Area or another possible MD)? Finding a way for my health care coverage to reimburse you in this possible talk opportunity to develop a WIaS academic medical center plan would be key.

from Cuttyhunk, more safe and sound here than any 2 month rental in the Boston, New Bedford or Pittsburgh areas + before planning to fly out to the SF Bay Area at end of Sept and move my things out from Pgh s at the end of October.
I finally got my 'ownership keys' to this house on Cuttyhunk - they were on the nail under the back of the house, with the house's set of keys. Wow + thanks!
I've turned most everything on like electricity
.. but the water main is off down by the Schenck's driveway 45 feet down the road. Nice to see and talk with Grant and Cathy about this just now. I'm looking forward to a shower after about 4 days of traveling and car camping. Maybe Bill Archer has the tool.

Wondering how to plan for reconciliation with my brother Sandy - and my Fellowship of Reconciliation past interest vis a vis Quakers and nuclear disarmament isn't producing any good ideas yet.

Greetings, - I saw next door neighbor Lisa Wright ride up thr hill on a scooter whose husband may be a caretaker of this house (as friend of Sandy) and is a plumber and a fishing guide and asked her if Russell has the tool to the water main. She said "Sandy must have shut it down" - the water, or something else possibly atrocious. Lisa whom I've known since the 1970s at least, also said Russell is out fishing and she'll leave a note.
I've emailed handyman Bill Archer about turning on the water too - who gave me a warm greeting at the ferry dock - but not sure how often he checks it. May head up to their house a second time to inquire if he could please help turn on the Water too.
Am hoping the WUaS abolition movement is growing and even regarding this house somehow ... - re Sandy's charged communications ... which have been deeply concerning regarding the authoritarianism almost as defensiveness ...

That's a lot of questions, mostly above my pay grade.
For the best results with podcast or audiobook, get a decent microphone. Don't rely on the built in microphone on your laptop. Stand within 12" of the microphone, and use the gentlest part of you vocal range.
That's all the advice I've got.

This being a book about information technology, and seeking to publish in all 200 countries I wonder how to move beyond artificial computer voices in English to a natural sounding reader in all 200 countries languages rather than have to hire 100 voice or voiceover artists ... How could Google Bard generative help with this top as I write my 6th book which will probably include an explicit plan for developing World University and School. Thanks, Sue! :)

I visited Providence RI and Brown University 2 days ago, and at the end of the day found the Anthropology buildings on its pretty urban red brick extensive campus. A woman and man came out of the Giddings' Anthropology building, and I asked her about the buildings, and she said the first one was the Giddings building and when I asked her about the other one she said she forgot. A Latino woman, I asked her if she was a graduate student, and she said no, she's a professor of Archaeology. What field or region? Peru. I mentioned my physical digital Harbin Hot Springs' ethnographic book, World Univ & Sch's focus on creating a realistic virtual earth for Archaeology (she said her work doesn't focus on simulations) and that I was developing a MIT OCW-centric (wiki too) Peru World Univ & Sch for Peruvians and asked her name which last name might have been 'Riviera' but I couldn't find any hint of her on the Brown archaeology faculty web sites. I also asked her if she knew former Brown Anthropology professor Pat Symonds also of Cuttyhunk and Semester at Sea 1999, when my father was academic dean (and my father got his first subdural hematoma on a Semester at Sea Belize trip on 12/30/04, 5 years later), and I went on this SAS too (& with Jim and Sheila Barry of Cuttyhunk, Alan Symonds, and my mother, Jane). Thanks Lisa for writing a note yesterday afternoon to Russell who was out fishing to ask him if you could please turn on the water in the MacLeod house and at the main in the Schenck's driveway. Grant and I weren't able to turn it on yesterday in the blue water cover yesterday, due to not having the tool.
Would it be possible please Russell for you to please turn it on now? As one of the 3 owners of the property, thanks for being its caretaker. When I talked with Seth Garfield yesterday he said both you (and Will Archer whom my mother could go to as a caretaker too) are gentlemen ... Great!

It's interesting to me that Harvard Law Professor Charlie Nesson's email responded to my Brown Univ Anthropology and Cuttyhunk semester at sea email. I'm not sure what it would entail to further write my book at Harvard Law School and with Harvard housing in a few weeks.
A plan? ... water is still off here on Cuttyhunk ... and I am looking forward to the first shower and water in about 6 days, when and if I can make contact with neighbor Russell Wright.
Am beginning to Tweet about the upcoming "Society, Information Technology and Global University" book at the Academic Press at WUaS (and see below) which are further steps in further writing this book. My things are in storage in Pgh, and I think I have a mover lined up ... and hopefully he will be hauling multiple loads in one vehicle to bring the costs down. The Cuttyhunk Ferry schedule changes to twice weekly around October 9th - https://cuttyhunkferryco.
My mother texted today about heading through Pittsburgh on the way to moving west to a newly safe Canyon 94516 ... potentially on around November 1, 2023, so it looks like I could stay in her Sunroom for a few days around that time, - and possibly with flying to the SF Bay Area at the end of September to see what might be possible with growing the WUaS Academic Medical Center and the WUaS Longevity Genetics' Institute both.
