That would do it (make Canyon newly safe) ... This would probably help immeasurably in dealing with the froward Canyon critter criminals eg at 670 Ridgecrest Rd canyon 94516 ...

A Canyon 'backdoor exit road' through Indian Valley in East Bay MUD down to the riad into Moraga near the Valle Vista staging area ... abd possibly in begining a WUaS Academic Medical Center with Realistic Virtual Harbin physical simulacra fir digitization too and a WUaS Longevity Genetics institute ?...


It might bring law enforcement, law, East Bay MUD planners and even architects and county planners - and US federal planners too - into planning to make Canyon 94516 safe and regarding an Academic Medical Center in East Bay MUD ...(there's much to be said though for never developing East Bay MUD into the centuries & millennia) ahead ... but perhaps just a fire road and Canyon wildfire SAFETY planning with a VIRTUAL WUaS Academic Medical Center would be sufficient. 

And the Planners have gotten it right in so many ways in East Bay MUDs roughly 17 mile by 17 mile area ... at least from my perspective having lived in Canyon 94516 for about 13 years.
