Might it be possible please to talk about this? What would you ask for in rent as well, and how would a lease work with you? Thank you so much for suggesting calling the Moraga police in around August 2020, 6 months into the coronavirus pandemic - about illegal break ins, thefts over the years, and criminality! Have been filling up with $2.99 gas/gallon at scheetz convenience stores gas stations the past 5-10 times - 88 OCTANE instead of 87 octane for $3.46 / gallon today. Got a scheetz loyalty card last time, and recorded the $2.99/gallon has price in my account for first purchase. 

Went to get gas and freshly ground coffee  today from Scheetz, entered my new loyalty card with the red faced new person at counter ... pre-Paid cash  ... And I was locked out of the $2.99 / gallon gas and had to pay $3 49 a gallon .. 


There's much trickery in the world per Desiderata  

"Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery" ...


BUT since filling up with $2.99 / gallon gas 88 Octane  recently ... the CRUISING RANGE reading on dash board is newly out of sync with the past 425 miles Cruising Range  after filling up typically.   

I have been curious why ... and while the federal govt has approved 88voctane since 2001 ... Maybe my (1st year of 4th generation?) 2016 Toyota Prius c's excellent computer software and hardware  wasn't designed for 88 octane . .

So, re possible frustration , maybe there is an opportunity here - re using gas the car was designed for .... Time for a Toyota Proace Camping Van with shower & insulated pop up top and with battery that gets 982 miles and charges in 10 minutes 


May or may not have been a good idea to get scheetz rewards card ... Time will tell ...

In that phone call, Ed suggested 1) flying to the SF Bay Area to explore 2) planning to 3) move the WUaS Academic Medical Center, and which I did do from Sun 10/1/23- W 10/4/23 picking up a year's worth of World Univ & Sch mail in the WUaS PO Box 442 in Canyon CA 94516 on Monday 10/2/23. But I don't yet have the $3500 he asked for at the end of August of which I paid $1750 upfront, after which you Ed called me on Cuttyhunk and suggested among other things spending the moving deposit I got back on 1) flying out to the SF Bay Area 2) planning 3) to move the WUaS Academic Medical Center potentially into a newly safe open 670 Ridgecrest Road Canyon CA 94516 ... and  I did fly west from Sun 10/1/23 - W 10/4/24.

And I still haven't signed ownership or lease documents for a place in the SF Bay Area for Wednesday Nov 1.  My mother has written, again, that she would help me with finances if I get a signed lease or ownership document or similar. Glad I sought US federal protection last week for myself, my mother and my brother - including asking for financial aid (re above) ... but financial aid isn't yet forthcoming ... and in seeking for ex to grow MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch, without my mother's financial support.

So what to do? Move out of this hotel in Montoursville PA today? Contact Shamuan Powell and ask him to move my things to a storage unit in the SF Bay Area in San Pablo where my things were in an Extra Space storage unit before by Nov 1 2023 if possible? 

Seek to find a yacht to live on with a lease until potentially 670 Ridgecrest Rd Canyon 94516 opens up and with ownership documents in the SF Bay Area - with federal and state law working together effectively?
