My father, a University of Pittsburgh professor, Gordon K MacLeod - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gordon_K._MacLeod - came back from a UPitt managed at the time 'semester at sea' voyage with a subdural hematoma he got on 12/30/04 in the country of Belize potentially by international organized crime and even potentially in cahoots with the US uniformed armed services tragically (a us major general douglas fraser was the head of the southern command of the US air force at the time, for example), and the univ of pgh tragically.  In addition, sadly, there was a murderous run through attempt of me in April 2023 at my first asylum house in Pittsburgh by a craven, psychopath??? Swiss or Lebanese soldier (s)??? receiving US federal  social security administration checks eventually, a cmu undergrad student at the time, murderer???, pimp??? john??? a co-denizen of mine and cmu grad student Stephon Owens at the time too (and trumpet player) possibly joining the national guard or international guard then too ...

Seeking for and calling for US federal law and states' laws to work effectively in new ways, as well as with international law, and armed services' law (in all ~200 countries per the Olympics) and see PS.
