With one Dept of Ed.  'licensure' email from the state of PA with

PA Department of Education Authorization

and another from Middle States' Commission on Higher Education titled 
2 
"MSCHE Accreditation" email newly from MSCHE's Connie Clifton on Feb 24 


I think WUaS has the PA licensing and accreditation processes in place, and needs now the monies to write the applications about $11,500 initially for 1) $5000 for the Application fee to the PA dept of Ed., 2) 1,500 for Pre-Application w  MSCHE 3) and $5000 more for an Application with MSCHE.

And since MIT OCW-centric Wiki World Univ & Sch doesn't have these monies, perhaps WUaS is waiting for other agencies, both state of PA and US federal education ones, to potentially help with these monies and much more than this ... and regarding broader US societal processes too.

Thoughts, ideas, questions, suggestions?
