Hi Fritz, (and Universitians, all),

Thanks for joining the WUaS live Hangout on Air today -

You'll find the text transcript below ... and the video here:

And here's the Cromarty dialect of Scots' language wiki subject page at WUaS -
https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Cromarty_dialect_of_Scots_language - which we may be able to bring alive again with avatar bots. (See, too - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cromarty_dialect - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Northern_Scots - https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Scottish_Gaelic_Dialects).

World University and School seeks to be in all 7,111 known living languages, and with machine translation / machine learning.

Cheers, Scott

What are the currently most intriguing challenges in translating into 7,111+ languages?
Exciting, these ideas around interactive avatar bots! How best could one make use of authentic human intuitive (re-)actions?
That's a wonderful challenge - how to dynamically augment/reshape avatar bots interaction with additional perspectives - endless new insights will emerge!
Amazing, Scott! I am in touch with an ER expert who might be very interested in learning more about these virtual scenarios that include real experiences to improve overall performance (adapting to local situations).

Hi, Universitians,

How are you? Here are the last two WUaS Live Hangouts on Air, 4/22 - https://youtu.be/sevQMMMIQkI , (youtube.com/user/WorldUnivandSch), and 4/29 - https://youtu.be/NOxwl55hz9c , and a blog post about this week's ... https://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2019/04/cromarty-thanks-for-joining-wuas-live.html ...

Glad that Fritz (whom I know from Stanford) joined in today - see his text contributions in blog post. Come join the conversation.

Per Ajit and Fritz, as our WUaS platform develops in Google Education and Wikidata / WUaS Miraheze MediaWiki, am seeking to make it easier and more engaging to "join" World Univ & Sch at You at WUaS - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/You_at_World_University - and for all 7.5 billion people on the planet as wiki teachers and learners ... to become a part of World Univ & Sch as well (re Google-centric, Wikipedia-centric platforms in their 100 and 300 languages :).

World Univ & Sch Conversations in WUaS Live Hangouts on Air at 10 am Pacific Time on Mondays  ... (and I'm happy to hold these at different times if that would be convenient for you).

Cheers, Scott
