Complicated - and seeking openness and ease of communication, Friendly meeting-wise, and for sharing too!

Mwende is engaged with the CC-4 "CS First with Google at World Univ & Sch" course, learning Scratch, and I think appreciating its 'structure' compared with the open-ended CC-4 OCW.MIT.EDU. I broached the question of how he could get Lego Spike Prime Robotics' kit in May in Cameroon Africa in email with him - in terms of whether could put me in contact with a teacher, or even someone in a department of education, - and even regarding reimbursement to WUaS too for teachers and similar. No word back ... but developing such arrangements would be a big financial step forward for WUaS.

As you know, I've taught Yoga before, and I'm kind of curious how to gently explore un-hunching your back with restorative Yoga poses. If we live a very long time (like more than 122 years old, and even centuries) finding freedom from the slight loss of mobility that comes from a slightly hunched back has merit, and can be a really delicious exploration too.

Have you explored lying on your back with legs on a chair at all, Ma? How do you explore relaxation when you're in such a position (and when it's very comfortable, with plenty of height under your head?) On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend lying on one's back with one's legs on a chair everyday on one's own - maybe once a week if one was curious to explore the benefits of this Yoga pose.

Just did a version of this pose to open the chest - quite deeply in a releasing way neurophysiologically - with legs up wall, sacrum on block - kind of like this ... https://i2.wp.com/vitalitytransformations.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Legs-up-the-wall-with-block.jpg?resize=1024%2C576&ssl=1 ... but this ...
 ... with the legs supported. It's a restorative pose called Viparita Karani (legs up the wall pose:)
