Minute 1:
World University and School will attend a workshop
in UC Berkeley Law Professor Will Kell's New Business Seminar probably in late
October 2014, and will be a "real entrepreneurial client" in this
course beginning in February 2016.
Minute 2:
WUaS board member Juan Mendez from Spain will
become lead developer for World University and School, as we prepare to donate
CC WUaS to CC Wikidata. He'll also first focus on developing WUaS
MediaWiki.
Minute 3:
World University will reach out to UC Hastings Bill
Wang and UC Hastings Law school re accrediting WUaS with the new WASC senior
incubation policy.

Recent and upcoming NEWS about World University and School:
1 WUaS's Annual
Business Meeting is on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 9am PDT and mediated
electronically - All are welcome. This will be World University's 5th Annual
Business Meeting (with minutes!).
2 World University
heard back from Stanford University's President Hennessy that Stanford will not
incubate startup World University under a new WASC senior incubation policy
- http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2015/09/giant-panda-stanford-and-world.html. WUaS has received an intake form from UC Berkeley and will
explore WASC incubation with Berkeley and the University of California.
3 WUaS is also
preparing to give CC World University and School as a present to the Wikidata
community for Wikidata's 3rd birthday, and in so doing is seeking to
wiki-develop CC MIT OCW in 7 languages and CC Yale OYC in Wikidata (an
interlingual database developed for CC Wikipedia's 289 languages) for CC
accrediting university degrees - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2015/10/garretts-mint-flower-curious-to-learn.html.
4 Scott's
course "Information Technology, the Network Society and the Global
University" (open and free) is postponed until 2016. All are welcome. The
