I am a family physician and not a computer scientist. I have developed this taxonomy on the base of concepts exchanged by family doctors during meetings. HeTOP is the server of D2IM , Rouen, France and the underlying language is OWL-2 (Julien Grosjean and Stefan Darmoni are hosting my ideas). Each Q-Code is linked to PubMed, Babelnet.org and DBpedia if any. Q-Codes are based on concepts and multilingual (for now 8 languages)
