The NYU system / Bellevue system Lagone hospital doesn't sound very sanitary, or like they're following correct hygiene procedures either (kinda weird) ... in a pandemic ... with lots of little blips and clicks in this video ... but it's at 13:10 minute marker that the distinction between 2 kinds of Covid is made, and the word 'proper' isn't entirely clear. What word is he saying to qualify Covid the second time, I wonder?

What happened ?

How could this Covid and "proper" Covid distinction (eg in the PBS NewsHour yesterday above) have been missed by all these critical thinkers who are journalists - in all ~200 countries' main languages (unless there are / might possibly be subtexts -

e.g.
- significantly lessening the illegal global sex trade, per the WHO+, and regarding 'fox in the henhouse' issues too, as well as potentially keeping offenders and perpetrators 'locked down' in their own homes from fear of droplets that could be a vector for coronavirus
- preparation in a time of biological / genetic weapons, such that this global novel coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic on the internet, and in media, was somehow produced or generated by some thinkers,
- and numerous other subtexts in some very complex unfolding worldwide scenarios) ?

 ... or maybe it's all a big accident of a 'meme' - coronavirus - being imitated (as replicating cultural unit) by the media re a genetic event in Wuhan, China.

(By the way, this novel coronavirus pandemic has also created remarkable openings for CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch, of which I'm the founder and head ... since many great universities are closing on the ground, and opening online in remarkably broad ways - and with which WUaS seeks newly to dovetail and collaborate. ...  Or maybe the "proper' Covid-19 virus is spreading in the USA, (and even due to it being used here as a biological weapon already, unbeknownst to the public!) ... I'm reading, listening (to Tony Fauci MD, and hope he weathers this govt.) ...  and internet media ...

And has this whole process also effectively 'contained' Russia and China (if these could be issues) - and hopefully will further democracy also, and newly on the web?
