Greetings, - just returning to Cuttyhunk from a good visit to friends' Henry Cutter (high school friend and journalist at Dow Jones) and Victoria Fisher in Randolph NH, where I mentioned the following about living in a 'safe house' in the SF Bay Area. Am I on a 'freedom trail' (see, too - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2021/06/bald-eagle-abolition-nontheist-quakers.html) and are Cuttyhunk and Randolph, and Hanover too, stops on a contemporary 'underground railroad'? And in calling for abolition of the illegal s x industry to protect World Univ & Sch students & wiki Universitians for one (http://worlduniversityandschool.blogspot.com/2021/07/wuas-agenda-news-for-open-monthly.html), am I further at risk from a culture of latent violence ?

Since I'm living in a 'safe house' in the SF Bay Area (re the offenders and perpetrators' culture of violence in the illegal s x industry and their vested financial and cultural interests, I hypothesize), and for whistle blowing about Canyon 94516 by calling the local Moraga police twice (in 9/2020) twice, and for whistleblowing about the SF Quaker Meeting about offenders and perpetrators and tragically the illegal s x industry, I'm kind of like a refugee ... (Could I conceive of this even as being in a kind of witness protection mode even - re federal government, & for whistle-blowing too, and re Stanford, UC Berkeley, Berkeley Law, & Reed too ... Or could I very sensibly seek this ?)?

So, on the way back from Henry and Victoria's, I checked out the Quaker Kendal at Hanover community in passing today, as well the Quaker Meeting there ... Could I head to this Kendal when I'm 85? ... Or even for protection from illegal perpetrators and offenders (including tragically from Quakers too re the illegal sex trade) well before this? 

And is it even wise to head back to the SF Bay Area even as a whistle-blower about illegal perpetrators and offenders in the beginning of August ?

(There was what I call a 'non-creditable death threat' near Canyon 94516 in ~2017, sadly).


As I mentioned to Henry & Victoria, some reasons to head back to the SF Bay Area include 1) taking the next steps with the 3 legal entities of WUaS (for example, finding a CA lawyer, if I were to move to the East Coast next year, for safety); 2) continuing to develop my Actual-Virtual Harbin Hot Springs' ethnographic project, but possibly developing it significantly in the virtual-digital direction, as well as a realistic virtual earth, as STEM field sites, and classrooms, for matriculating WUaS students, & 3) because my current 'safe house' lease ends 3/2022 ... 

In exploring safe places to move to, while developing the above, I welcome your thoughts, questions, ideas, suggestions.

SO, am seeking for ways for World University and School to become financially operational (re the WUaS financial reports) ... Henry, am wondering about the wisdom of meeting physically for WUaS Monthly Business Meeting (loosely conducted in the manner of Quakers) ... with regards to safety questions (and, for ex., I'm still not sure what happened to my father in Belize on Semester at Sea in 2004 when he came back with a massive brain injury, a subdural hematoma, ... with no help on board the SAS ship for example, but it smacks of foul play ... and having heard from Alan Symonds on Cuttyhunk at the Cuttyhunk Historical Society opening that 'it's a club' ... and Alan, with his now deceased wife Pat Symonds, a Brown Anthropology professor who knew too much(?), were guests of my father on SAS in 1999 - see my blog) ... would you be open to joining WUaS Monthly Business Meeting this Saturday in Google Meet instead -

My good friend from Reed College Tym Lenderking (in the US State Dept, envoy to Yemen ... with an introduction herein) called me yesterday on Cuttyhunk, and said, in one way or another, that telecommunications in diplomacy were all 'surveillance,' and that one reason for person-to-person, face-to-face meetings were partly to control for the limitations to telecommunications' diplomacy, and messaging.
