Glad to have gotten this expression of interest from Ghana Wikimedians and potentially to create Ghana World University and School in Dagbani language, for example, and potentially also as Ghana Wikimedians with Google AI like TensorFlowAI add the Dagbani language to Google Translate and other Google platforms.
That written, and with Ed having sought to precipitate my and WUaS in Canyon 94516 up on the ridge (potentially at 670 or possibly at another property on the ridge) - and in order especially to begin also an Academic Medical Center with Warm Water Cure (nearby) and a WUaS Longevity Genetics' Engineering Institute, with Physical-Digital experiments importantly, and with my current landlord north of Berkeley in a 'safe house' saying that the 'place in Canyon is mine" - WOW - and having just voted on the Contra Costa County mail-in ballot,
... Am curious how to connect the digital or virtual WUaS Academic Medical Center and as a budding Medical School with Teaching Hospital on the ridge in Canyon ... with the Ghana WUaS Medical School and Teaching Hospital, and likewise the planned Cameroon WUaS Medical School / Hospital and the WUaS Uganda Medical School / teaching hospital ... and potentially for Scotland WUaS Med School / hospital and the online California WUaS Medical Sch / Teaching Hospital too ... (and with Ed Smyth MD as new Chief Medical Officer, written on the state of California forms).
So what could the virtual WUaS Teaching Hospitals begin to offer in terms of hospital services to help people medically, and via the Internet ? Two initial planning ideas come to mind:
1 Develop from Stanford Med, Duke Univ Med Schs' Google's Verily's Project Baseline - with medical samples taken in the clinic (blood, sweat, tears, stool, saliva, cardio on a measuring machine, etc ... all of which could be done from home), converted digitally to data, and, revolutionarily, to offer pathways to health (is the idea, in a medical re-conceiving thanks to IT) ... and WUaS may be able to add to this with genetics for longevity, aging reversal and into Avatar Bot Electronic Medical Records ..
2 WUaS Planning for tele-robotic surgery ... and in a realistic virtual earth for robotics ... where eventually in Google Street View with a time slider too, a robot might be able to come to patients' homes and do surgery there ... https://twitter.com/

Stanford Medicine Grand Rounds' video of Amy Abernathy MD PhD is the person, WITH Stanford Medicine's chair BOB HARRINGTON MD, whom I know a little, (and ROB CALIFF MD (a FDA commissioner now)) who could possibly help World Univ & Sch's Academic Medical Centers and medical schools and teaching hospitals in 200 countries get involved with VERILY's Google's Stanford Meds' Duke University Med Schs' PROJECT BASELINE ... and in Ghana, California, and many states and nation states ...

Just voted in the June 7th election in California on PAPER (wisely no digital voting here yet, I think), put the ballot in a drop box in a local public library an hour ago, ... having received a reminder from the CA Secretary of State's office, Shirley Weber, this morning ... and, living in a 'safe house' still north of Berkeley, am curious about next possible steps in moving back into Canyon, and beginning the VIRTUAL WUaS Medical Schools and Teaching Hospitals and in the WUaS Academic Medical Center and WITH the WUaS Longevity Genetics' experiments with 6 species: human, drosophila fly, dog, mouse, honey bee, and chickens potentially for Physical-Digital experiments !
