How are you? Appreciate my wonderful mother and friend!

Weight is going down, now to about 200 lbs (from ~212), and may be aiming for 193 or so. Slightly low energy ... But there's a significant correlation between calorie restriction and longevity (10-15% across species) but nothing over 122 for human beings. If that happens per George Church, will it be through reprogramming cells and even regarding aging reversal genetic drug therapies emerging?

Later on in the 1990s Shinya Yamanaka created a cocktail of transcription factors which could "reboot" a mammalian cell back to fertizlised egg like state (pluripotent in the cell biology lingo). This has led to an entire field and much excitment.
