Is it time to move out regarding all these illegal break ins and seek a refund? Am concerned about the potential illegal breaking ins here too, for example the 2 arson related events here, at 5816 Callowhill st #7 Pgh PA 15206, and after stopping at an Ace Hardware near my mother's place, yesterday, thanks to a bag she gave me, learned of the locksmith "Penn Hills Lock and Door" which I drove past - and they keep 'banker's hours' I was told at Ace Hardware (which would be good re the 2 rental leases I have with Lobos Management) - and regarding seeking to put in a work order with Lobos Management Bryant Street Rentals in Pgh for them to change the night latch lock on my front door with this locksmith (and develop secure holding and lock up of their spare keys' processes ... re maintenance people too ... so new keys don't start to float around due to copies made) ... and regarding the logic of changing locks after moving into a new place - and with potential illegal entities by people with spare keys.   

Glad I sought US federal protection for my mother, my brother Sandy and myself not long ago in some of these regards.
