I recalled on a recent afternoon how lovely the warm water releasing meditation in the Harbin warm pool is ... And I am glad we may be able to explore (wiki even) developing it from home for soaking meditation (for people with a bathtub at first) ... Meditation first thing in the morning is ever so salutary and beneficial ... but am missing Harbin for meditation in the amazingly encompassing 'body suit' of soaking at 95F-98F in the warm pool + ... and traveling there and hanging out with hippy minded folks too ... and writing about it social scientifically
