... and am writing further to follow up on how even to apply the full federal toolkit (and see the MacArthur Foundation Urban.org set of Tweets below, regarding this phrase) -


... to potentially begin to accredit free World University and School first for the USA (and for the other 200 countries - just as students come from all over the world to go to MIT partly because of its accreditation with NECHE - building on CC-4 licensed (which says WUaS c 1) share, 2) adapt it, 3) but non-commercially). - 

Thoughts, ideas, ways to proceed, Professor Matsudaira? (WUaS sought accreditation initially with BPPE and WASC senior in California, as early as around 2012).

(I'll share another email thread with you with further history of this with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education - MSCHE accreditation).
