Linda, Re furthering envisioning co-teaching-wise, inviting Angela and Victor to teach in Pittsburgh, would certainly help build a Yoga co-teaching culture there ... They both have a lot of draw, and their "organizer" Patricia Schneider (and her husband, Andrew Junker, inventor of brainfingers.com) both live in Yellow Springs, OH (a somewhat hippy town even in the 2000s, when I visited it 10 or 15 years ago), and A&V often teach a course there - http://www.angela-victor.
