World Univ & Sch is not going to partner with edX afterall, which WUaS learned on Friday, May 14, 2021. WUaS has also asked our prospective WUaS PhD program students to send WUaS the courses they'd like to take beginning September 1, 2021 in their first year, with this email:

Thank you Matthew at edX for letting me know:  "that at this time edX has decided not to engage in a partnership with World University and School." And thank you, edX, now for the opportunity for WUaS to focus further on World University and School growth with CC-4 MIT OpenCourseWare courses (in 4 languages), and CC-3 Yale University OpenYaleCourses - in WUaS seeking to become a major online university in each of 200 countries. (WUaS seeks to do so initially now by hiring potentially Quaker graduate student instructors, via Friends' institutions, to teach 'to' these OCW and OYC, for example). Thank you too, edX, for the growth opportunity for WUaS now to focus on coding for 7.8 billion people in 200 countries, and in 7,139 known living languages, in WUaS G-Suite for Education, for ex., - as wiki teachers and learners too (with Wikidata in Wikipedia's 300 languages, and WUaS in Wikidata), and as matriculating students, for, people-to-people, free universal wiki education in these languages, in addition to free Bachelor, PhD, Law, MD and IB degrees in 200 countries' main languages.

While WUaS continues to be very degree focused, we also think that complementary wiki people-to-people education - where people can become the teachers of what they love, or know how, to easily teach - will potentially facilitate some of the aspects all of these SXSW panelists talked about.

Possibly in conjunction with FAHE, WUaS may explore collaborating with the Quaker Tri-Colleges' libraries (with University of Pennsylvania too?), newly online - for online libraries (post coronavirus pandemic).

Could WUaS possibly join the 'Tri-Colleges' Consortium, and Penn" made up of Bryn Mawr College, Haverford College, and Swarthmore College, and the University of Pennsylvania - for online libraries, in part, but in other ways too - especially regarding the PhD, Law, MD and IB high school degrees WUaS seeks to offer - and in 200 countries and in their main languages - for Friendly higher education knowledge-generation, and faculty positions, and much more?

WUaS Home Robotics -

Could this GREAT Robotics' course, transposed to MIT OCW, become, in a way, WUaS's 4th terms' robotics' course, with WUaS sending home the tools, the materials, and the GameBoard to matriculated students in all 200 countries, after they developed their robotics and programming skills with i) Lego WeDo2.0, ii) Lego SpikePrime, and iii) Lego Mindstorms - of which WUaS Educational Services' Store is an authorized carrier (only in the USA so far) - along with the Scratch programming language (in up to 100 languages with Google Translate)?
