Dear Larry,


Mr. Nur in Indonesia sent in his transcripts the other day (in addition to, and as a first for WUaS, having sent in his 1st semester PhD program courses from MIT OCW - in statistics and economics). Has he been communicating with fellow Indonesian John Engelen - https://www.linkedin.com/in/nehemiaengelen/ - whom I know from Stanford Law, with a degree from Stanford Law too - and who could possibly be the lawyer in Indonesia who could help facilitate reimbursement to WUaS from a department of education in Indonesia via WUaS G-Suite for Education regarding Aviv Nur ? To be seen ... 

Am continuing to think of licensing (with accreditation) as an advantage (but also with disadvantages) ... and BPPE seems to be 'down for the count,' in the internet age, too ... https://twitter.com/CaBPPE ... and would therefore think that WUaS accreditation, somehow through (or under the wing of) Stanford, were this possible, would be advantageous, and regarding also the Saturday Stanford EPIC Global Education 5/22/21 conference, which I just attended. And I think John Etchemendy, as a former vice provost (or similar) with John Hennessy, at Stanford, has a long history with accrediting Stanford too. Here's a recent Tweet from Stanford Law Professor Hank Greely in these regards -

(Sounds like a somewhat political message - from conflicted Etchemendy himself??? - and I don't think Stanford will abolish their internal police (who may also be county or state police concurrently) - and I'm not sure how all this will fix US policing??? - and at the federal authorities' level, to complement fixing California's policing ... and Stanford may be threatened by all of these external policing questions too ... and in a longstanding confusing conversation about this to boot). Glad Hank Greely posted this on Twitter however, information-wise, and from his perspective as a Stanford law professor, and perhaps also a progressive Twitter legal voice of Stanford too (re biological engineering, and law ... and for example this; he's brilliant too).

And I and WUaS still haven't heard back from the Stanford Faculty Senate about my whistle-blowing about some of this too a few years ago.

On another note, is mineable Stanford Mine Pi anticipating everything the US government could want and need in a single cryptocurrency (and in comparison with all the other 10s of 1000s I think cryptocurrencies?) - & workable potentially in all 200 countries - and would an act of US legislation be the next step to make it part of the US economic system even? - and also especially to even help alleviate poverty worldwide, among most of 7.8 billion people ... 


I also haven't heard back from Stanford EPIC Global Education yet - to both of my recent before and after emails, but am glad I, on behalf of WUaS, attended the symposium on Saturday 5/22/21 - and asked, too, a question of keynote speaker US Department of Education Senior Direction Cheryl Gibbs - about how many foreign students were taking US community college classes, as something WUaS could build on. Perhaps WUaS funding will be forthcoming from the US Dept of Education - and am updating Grants.gov password again momentarily - and with educational infrastructure from Stanford EPIC Global Education too ... 

What next with Aviv, and our WUaS PhD program, now that he's sent in his first year courses, and his transcripts? (No further word back from Imad - who may be working on this, ... and not a single communication in many many weeks from Prasanth, or I think his schoolmate Chinmay).
