Am seeking a new chairperson of WUaS Board of Directions (Alden Briscoe?), having just asked the current if he's open to a new Chair of the Board (and is also the Chief Academic Officer) but who will remain acting Chief Financial Officer or both wings, - and is a MIT alumnus)...and seeing how the letting go process plays out. 

WUaS Monthly Business Meeting as process will continue, and is open, and meets on 3rd Saturdays of the month at 9AM Pacific Time - and stay tuned to the upcoming Minutes  (from last month https://worlduniversityandschool.blogspot.com/2021/11/112021-wuas-minutes.html).

WUaS is seeking to hire 2.3 million people eventually (size of Walmart) and build volunteer communities too (learn from Wikipedia?) 


Looking toward ISSIP in currently seeking a new Chief Technology Officer (someone like Jim Spohrer, with AI, machine learning and service science foci) and Chief Operating Officer (possibly ISSIP's Exec Director, Yassi Moghaddam? - https://issip.org/yassi-moghaddam/)

WUaS is quite Stanford Mine Pi cryptocurrency focused (which doesn't appear to use tokens) ... and in 200 countries,... and for 7.9 billion people, each a Wikidata Q item #, to end poverty via UBI experiments, and to distribute a single cryptocurrency, backed by most countries' central banks  ... https://minepi.com/sgkmac (don't need to go to Pi Ambassador after all ... non-theist Quakers have begun to mine Pi with me being a Pioneer) ... and already has its own blockchain ledger and is in the SEC, Federal Reserve, European Central Bank African Central Bank, and related in Asia too regulatory and security conversation... If I were a cryptocurrency betting person, I would put my money on the nation states' regulatory processes ...

Hope everyone is doing good. I hope this email will be useful. I got some external advice with regards to WUaS. Sharing as it is.

1. Create a clear defined vision and mission focusing only on one good idea. The rest can come in with time and growth.

2. Restructure the company and the website.

3. Build a good business plan that is self sustainable. Attract investors by focusing on achieving not hoping to do in future. Learn from competitors.

4. Focus on crowd funding and DAOs. Build together not alone. Accept cryptocurrencies. Build a token. Connect with crypto advocates.

5. Go viral by connecting with emotions and storytelling.

It is good to make some changes. Yes ! They need updating. What else needs to be revised? I noticed the dates.

The sites needs a complete remake, specially the Wiki sites. You could have a vote involving all current stakeholders.

Send me the token details (no of coins to mint, coin name, short form, decimals, coins per user I will create a testnet token and share with you. Need to install metamask to view. No value and not based on Pi.

And with winter coming on, I'm wondering about the possibility, brainstorming-wise, of putting a curtain over the living-room-kitchen door to keep the heat in even, light colored, oriental rug, and whether your handymen might be able to do it. This is the idea -

So here too are the employees of potential collaborators for WUaS, all of which have approaches to their own web design, and potentially the coders and programmers to carry out some of the collaborations even ... 

Many of the WUaS changes ahead will be informed by the WUaS Corporation having gotten and paid for the first WUaS tax bill for 2018, 19 and 20 (since founding WUaS in around 2006 or 2007) in the past few weeks ... which is one of the most significant changes itself for WUaS in nearly 15 years ...
