How are federal and state legal processes working together now in new ways - and in the above regards? When I returned here to 210 East End avenue Pgh PA 15221 yesterday evening, the backlit lights in the living room closet were newly on - and probably regarding "intense symbolizer" Stephon Owens, who very very strangely (or not regarding the deceased Jackson Shanon, disappeared Harold Tyler, and whomever 'Emily Killer' was, and others?) cut off all communication with me many weeks ago - and which I am seeking to fully respect  - and which reminded me of the bedding he got out of the closet as I came up the stairs some months ago for the what I'm speculatively calling the 20-yo? "professional fucking officer"???, possibly a cmu undergraduate student, possibly from a country near Lebanon, and with whom frederic khayat was sitting talking with when I came back after Stephon put out the bedding. This woman slept on the sofa in the living room here that evening in this bedding, and I passed through the living room and back into my abode once while she was there. (I recognize that law enforcement may still be reading these emails ... )

Presently, and possibly significantly, Stephon Owens, has a little radiant dome heater stationed just outside his room facing his room? What could or might this symbolize? Could it possibly symbolize that there's a 'heater' - or a gun - trained on him - in some very weird underground crime way? Could it possibly symbolize too that he has a heater or gun in his room, if he is becoming very very very speculatively an international guard in the US National Guard? How is he doing psychiatrically with his own anger issues if that might be one of the reasons he cut off all communications with me? What back and forth roles might he play in the international sex and drug etc. industries and their latent networks of violence, and possibly undercover law enforcement, very speculatively?  Nick Thompson, esq., are you in communication with Stephon by any chance? When I said I was exploring moving back into Canyon, thank you too for saying it was a good idea if it's safe, and "How to know if it's safe?" is the question. 

Thank you too for your thinking and knowledge-orientation of being medical doctors, and I'm glad Ed that you grew up in the same neighborhood in SF as Gavin Newsom, current governor of CA, and, Byron (Reed College friend from the early 1980s, and living 4 miles from Canyon 94516 in Moraga), are you or could you be a trusted advisor to district 7 California state senator Steve Glazer, in Orinda, CA, close to Canyon and Moraga? 

I'm exploring flying out to California at the end of July before my lease in this asylum place of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania is up at the end of July 2023, and to see if I can learn if the 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon CA 94516 might have become safe, or whether there might be an opening somehow to move back in. In talking with my mother yesterday after a walk together in a nature reserve about some of this - and about a number of possible lawyers, state of CA, and state of PA, and federal lawyers too, too who might be thinking about this Canyon CA 94516 and safety questions as well, my mother mentioned that Lindsay Wylie is now the owner of this 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon CA 94516 and mentioned something about $150,000 too. While I've called the Moraga / Lafayette police twice while in Canyon in around September 2020 thanks to the suggestion of Cindy Hann MD, and to report illegal break ins and thefts over the years (including I think of federal property - as in my US passport), and about 6 months into the coronavirus pandemic soon thereafter moved into the 'safe house' north of Berzerkeley, (and I've also called the police here at 210 East End avenue twice to inquire into the deaths of Jackson Shannon and the disappearance of Harold Tyler and whomever Emily Killer was ... and regarding craven psychopath? frederic khayat's role in these too) - I'm wondering how best to fly out and learn whether Canyon 94516 might have become or is newly safe. Could this occur because of criminals? mentally ill? psychopath? tom (and lindsay) wylie my former landlord at 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 - as a possible 'un-director' of Canyon Incorporated organized crime internationally - has moved out to a secure retirement facility for the safety of many many and after perpetrating many many tragedies (what happened in the death of Kyle in Canyon) too (and alice sowaal, sf state phil instructor / slaver?, and organized crime gang out of the SF Quaker Meeting and Pacific Yearly Meeting, and other Quaker organizations?). 

John, thank you too for calling me in the Apple Computer store in Pittsburgh a few weeks ago, with a possible referral, but with whom I wasn't able to connect, and didn't hear back from. 

How best to plan for moving back into a newly safe Canyon 94516 on September 1, 2023? 

If I were to fly out and back from Pittsburgh at the end of July to see what has developed in Canyon 94516, and if the 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon CA 94516 place has become available, and is newly safe, could I possibly please stay with you Ed or Byron? If it has become available for purchase even (my having lived there at 670 Ridgecrest Rd for about 13 years) - how best to even to explore beginning to plan to put in a solar powered heat pump exchange system air conditioning cooler-heater installation and multimedia Physical-Digital WUaS Academic Medical Center with virtual Harbin Warm Water Cure and a WUaS Longevity Genetics' Institute all in the 3 dwellings there, and the shop too - possibly in August?

I called both Ed (Smyth MD) in California, and John (Sargent MD) in Boston, Massachusetts, yesterday, and left messages on their machines, inquiring about my moving back into a newly safe 670 Ridgecrest Road, Canyon CA 94516 on 9/1/23, and following up on our conversations of spring 2022 regarding precipitating my move back into a safe Canyon on F 4/15/22, and how to know if Canyon 94516 has become safe. No word back further, still a bit in limbo, with my Pittsburgh lease over July 31, 2023, and potentially seeking to give official notice by F June 30, 2023. In asylum in Pennsylvania from California, and with 2 possible murders here in this 210 East End avenue house, over the past year - and possibly by  a craven psychopath? 'evicted' (but not yet extradited?) frederic khayat? in cahoots with criminals? stephon Owens, both soldiers? (the first in Lebanese army or swiss army or the "fuck maga" in-'security' cult apparatus? and the second in the USA uniformed services??) - and also seeking as a consequence to move forward into a newly safe Canyon 94516 on F 9/1/23.
