Ma, to finish this thought we talked about at lunch yesterday:
since a "40-year-old, 180-pound (81.6-kg), 6-foot (183-cm) tall man ... will burn approximately 1,769 calories in a day" https://www.healthline.com/health/fitness-exercise/how-many-calories-do-i-burn-a-day ... and an egg has 76 calories, and a cup of nonfat milk has 90 calories ... then it seems like if I eat 2 eggs (for protein) and 4-5 cups of skim milk and some dark leafy greens and small amounts of whole grains and legumes and fruit (and a multi-vitamin for iron and vitamin B12 as an ova-facto vegetarian), and aim to consume a reduced 1200 calories per day (from 2000-2500?) ... and walk 30 - 60 minutes per day, I'll bring my weight down somewhat steadily, and in a healthy way ... to 180 lbs. (as a 6'4" (192 cm tall man), or so ... Love, Scott (a Taoist approach in a sense - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/search/label/Taoism where Taoism includes the idea of wu Wei or non-action - so possibly doing less, or putting forth less effort - or eating less in this case, & possibly also yoga-wise too ... re these (Hippy-anjali) yoga notations - http://www.scottmacleod.com/ActualVirtualHarbinBook.html - and regarding good foods for health.
