Would you consider exploring teaching Yoga streaming forth from MIT Medical, Angela and Victor? (And do you get bored when you explore taking other Yogini's classes, like Zan Barry's or is it Berry Zone , or Very Zen Berry? :)

(Am realizing on Lesvos, internet connectivity may be lacking ... and these Yoga and Harbin worlds are all worth exploring with decent broadband connectivity:)

Greetings dear friends and students,

We would like to invite you to a special offering this cycle . . . 

Down into the underworld! . . . at the perfect time of the year, as we are spinning towards the shortest day and longest night (in the northern hemisphere).

Beginning on the eve of the full moon (November 29) and culminating on the eve of the winter solstice (December 20), we will journey together into the darkest time of the year, as we dive deep into our own underworld to uncover parts of ourselves that hid in terror, or got lost and forgotten. What evolves from this exploration invariably brings us to a sense of wholeness and presence in our lives.

For those of you living ‘Down Under’ . . . moving towards  the longest day and most sun-light of the year can be an equally deep and even scary experience ... birthing out of the safe, dark womb into bright hospital lighting . . . for example. Your journey is the same . . .  for in our cells we hide so much, even though all is bright on the outside!

There will be a different theme each week, shared 3 days before each class, that you can think about, explore, and play with in your practice and everyday experiences.

Tia has set up a private Facebook group where we can, if moved to do so, share, ask questions, send in little writings, poems, drawings, photos connected with, or evolving out of the theme and what we personally discover.

On Sundays, each of the four weeks leading up to solstice, we shall have a class. Hopefully it is at a time that is not impossible for you or you can of course join via the recording anytime. During the class we shall go more deeply into the theme through the practice so that each of you finds something truly personal in your own process, and then we have three more days for comments, questions, and sharing of our experience and creativity, before announcing the next week’s theme. We have lengthened the classes to allow more time for guided meditation, breath and inner work.

When you register you will immediately receive an audio recording of the myth of Inanna's journey into the underworld.

I believe that in meeting ourselves authentically and powerfully as we move through, open up, and clear out debris of the past, we come to the essence of a yoga practice.

Way out of my price range, I'm grateful you're offering them nevertheless - and online! I have found this free online 'MIT Medical' Yoga class on Thanksgiving Day Th 11/26 (and maybe beyond) - by registering with MIT Medical as an affiliate, but at 7am in the morning that day in the SF Bay Area - early! I'm unfamiliar with the Wellness Instructor who is teaching this Yoga class, Susanna (Zan) Barry - https://medical.mit.edu/community/wellness/instructors/susanna-zan-barry - but appreciating the focus on wellness! Am appreciative also of MIT's thinking approach to some aspects of life, and will see what comes up inner body exploration-wise! :) Thank you!

https://youtu.be/X6YBetANDUI  on my smartphone for the first time ever recently, and found the little mask icon on it from smartphone, and pressed it, I wondered how I could get Google Cardboard mask, or a digital mask which wouldn't melt in a bathtub, and slip my smartphone in it and take your Embodiment Conference Yoga class even, and hands free for more embodying movement than from in front of a laptop. Thank you for experimenting with this embodiment Yoga course which my computer says is accessible for another 15 hours, and which begins around the 30 minute mark - https://portal.theembodimentconference.org/sessions/between-body-and-soul-fa81j5 . 

One thing I love about your Yoga, and especially in traveling to where you're teaching, whether it be near Molyvos on Lesvos in Greece, or in Oregon, is how embodying your Yoga explorations are ... and I caught a taste of this in your Embodiment Conference video, but not as deeply as in person in real life (which isn't as easy these days with COVID-19, but getting to Greece hasn't ever been that easy from USA:). 

So thank you for your adventures into the web world in internet land, and recording classes anew - which I realize you had said you weren't going to do, so am appreciating your flexibility in these regards much, ... and especially to be able to feel into my body with your guidance from Greece virtually - just now!

Am assuming that those who sign up with the Embodiment Conference will eventually be able to take your class :)

Assuming too that you haven't in this class invited people in it to head into their bathtubs afterwards, and to don Google Cardboard with their smartphone in it in order to visit Harbin or Eftalou Hot Springs for #VirtualSoaking in a #RealisticVirtualHarbin at #HarbinHotSprings in #HarbinWarmPools or in #EftalouHotSprings - like you do in earthly life ... and for further inner body releasing!

We have created a recording of a 55 minute yoga class taught by both Angela and Victor with the title ‘Between Body and Soul”. We are 2 of the 1000 presenters on yoga, trauma and social change, dance and creativity, etc. Participation is free of charge and all content will be freely available for all registered participants for at least 24 hours after live display of the sessions.....
