Greetings on March 1st! Thanks to you, Sid, Sue, (David T. and Tym) for coming to visit me over the years in Canyon 94516 in that wee house-let at 670A Ridgecrest.

Gave tentative notice north of Berkeley to my current landlord Navin yesterday at the end of the month, and paid last month's rent, for this 'unsafe house' - if mentally ill former landlord is not yet in a secure retirement facility -

and will likely get a deposit back at the end of month.


Good to play Scottish Small Pipes and bass lines on keyboard for Scottish Country Dancing with the Open Band yesterday evening in Berkeley after basically 2 years of a pause  - due hypothetically to new genetic engineering revolution vaccine production self quarantine hiatus.  


Let the Free Psychiatry begin? - and Regarding people who hurt )others, or are hurting, etc.( ... (see below) ... and since no one pulled any nuclear trigger ... I am assuming other conversations in all of these regards are developing (Raymond Briggs' "When the Wind Blows" - re MAD thinking ... mutually assured destruction logic of nuclear).


Am not yet clear how or when I will talk with my friend Ed Smyth MD further about potentially moving back into a house-let in a 'cleaned up' Canyon and even regarding the CA GOVERNOR, and potentially the district 7 senator, but will seek to touch base soon. I extended my lease in what I think of now as an 'unsafe house' north of Berkeley for an extra 6 months, - perhaps the coronavirus pandemic 'clean up' in the SF Bay Area is taking a little longer than anticipated ... but could it now be on schedule even, just waiting for a few legal cases and a few further 'sign offs' from 'slaver sex industry profiteers,' who get away with it, around the world, tragically somehow too?

Since you shared with me your desire to find new digs, I had urged you to continue to rent where you are until you have a solid plan in place.  I am now very concerned that you’re giving notice.  A six month lease is not a long time for putting together a thoughtful next move.  If you’re having a hard time knowing how to ask your landlord for a short lease or permission to rent month to month, you might find it helpful to discuss the issue with someone like Ed.  He could probably tell you how those things generally are arranged.  As your Mother I care very much about you and am very worried about this.  Staying where you are until you have a good and thoughtful plan only makes sense.  i hope you’ll be able to reassure me that you can stay put for now. Hi Scott,

Glad you were able to be part of Open Band Scottish music-making.  Wasn’t sure if it was by zoom or in person?  In any case sounds like it was pretty good as you put it.  I, for one, enjoy being with people one way or another.  

I’m going to listen to Biden’s state of the union speech at 9 and then head to bed.  Four columnists from the NYTimes were asked to write the speech in what they thought should be Biden’s words.  Clearly the situation in Ukraine will come up.  It looks terribly grim.

While positive about the USA state of the union address, and very appreciative of your being very concerned, am curious to find how your and my concerns might be addressed. I'd like to call for the security thinking about someone like the President of the US, AND regarding Canyon. While the president of WUaS, still not having hired people, I wonder if even federal government security thinking about Canyon could be good. Sid? And I wonder too how this could interoperate with state of California and Contra Costa county law enforcement security thinking, as well as health organizations. Ed? ... and all even somehow legally - internationally too?

In calling abolition of the illegal sex industry internationally, and their latent networks of violence, there may be many communication processes in this underworld .... all apart from their profitablity, and related economic systems. Does the Stanford Center for Digital Health newsletter in blog post suggest new developments re 'gig economy' law and law enforcement, and even regarding regulating it and with surveillance & tracking etc. too, and protecting others more effectively than before - or not?

Following up further on ethics' inquiries, and regarding the following thinking: 

I just received a communication  

1) an email from quaker walter sullivan (something about friends association for higher education I think, the last FAHE panel of which I boycotted, - and with some concern that walter sullivan was the director of ben lomond quaker center, near Santa Cruz, CA, a possibly major site of the illegal sex industry internationally - a center for prostitution, and sex trafficking????? - before becoming Haverford College's director of student affairs in Pennsylvania ... with many concerns about protecting students there, such as at Haverford, and re even fundraising from alumni, from becoming involved in the illegal sex industry) tragically, harmfully, ethically wrongly, and illegally  (as a Friendly inquiry, could walter sullivan be a kind of director of the illegal sex industry even? a kind of pimp somehow too, I wonder? )

and 
2) at almost exactly the same time an out-of-the-blue phone call from PNC Bank in Pittsburgh PA (the Squirrel Hill branch), which PA bank may be in the Philadelphia area too  ... from someone who could have had a Caribbean accent, so international?  ... where I have a very small sum of money in an account there ... (Ma - could you possibly get in touch with someone in Pittsburgh about this please ... eg a lawyer, or perhaps someone at the Pittsburgh Post Gazette?) 

... asking if I could schedule an appointment TO COME IN for something or other. I have never received a call before from them ... (and only once during the Obama administration did they raise the minimum balance, possibly unjustly ... or unscrupulously ... but I didn't protest this at the time ) ... 

In continuing to call, somewhat 'loudly,' for the abolition (a buzzword) of the illegal sex industry internationally, and its illegal networks of violence, (following on the abolition of slavery in GB in 1833, and the Emancipation Proclamation in the USA in 1862) ... 
and in not being in a 'safe house' north of Berkeley, or in Canyon 94516 (having called the Moraga police in around September 2022 twice to report illegal break ins and thefts, presumably involving the former mentally ill landlord at 670 Ridgecrest Canyon 94516, ... and the landlord's key), I hypothesize that it would be very unsafe to head into the PNC Bank in Squirrel Hill and get photographed by surveillance cameras ... even with a mask on ... re the profitable? illegal sex industry, and its illegal networks of violence ... and banks have money floating around to boot ...  

Putting on my friendly 'investigative reporter hat,' and following the money line of inquiry. and re my Friendly Quaker concern for abolition - and that I'm still living in an 'unsafe house' north of Berkeley because of the illegal sex industry's latent networks of violence, and am basically impoverished as well, as I continue to develop and grow World Univ & Sch - I wonder if there's an opportunity here to not only examine Haverford Colleges' and the colleges in the Friends' Association for Higher Education regarding the illegal sex industry, and protecting Quaker students, but also examine PNC banks' possibly providing the banking for the illegal sex industry, and internationally too. 

Thoughts, questions, ideas, suggestions? 

So I wonder both about opening an inquiry not only into uc berkeley law instructor w. kell (whom walter could conceivably know, as well as into walter sullivan ... with further evidence needed) ... 

Please remember too that not only may I seek asylum, and possibly in Europe, or on the eastern seaboard, living in an 'unsafe house' as I am north of Berkeley, but my father, GKM MD, received a subdural hematoma, serious brain injury in Belize while on Semester at Sea on December 2004, and somehow got a second spontaneous subdural hematoma after he had returned very impaired from Belize via Los Angeles to Pittsburgh, and died in November 2007, a changed man. While I'm not sure if he was 'whacked' or not, I am continuing to call for the abolition of the illegal sex industry, as modern forms of slavery, in all ~200 countries, and am wondering where best to seek asylum now (having whistle-blown about the SF Quaker Meeting in around 2017, and about Canyon 94516 by calling the police, and about Stanford and UC Berkeley, and UC Berkeley Law, and Harbin Hot Springs, and Reed College too).

Dear David, Donn, Stephen, FAHE, All,

Glad World Univ & Sch, partially Friendly-informed Quaker-wise, is growing.

As a follow up, and in seeking to grow an abolition movement further (and regarding the abolition of contemporary forms of slavery even, sadly and tragically, with which the nonEpidemic coronavirus pandemic has probably helped with for a while), am wondering how to significantly lessen any illegal sex industry practices even in Quaker colleges, for example, fundraising for sexual favors (how not to turn Quaker students into participants in the illegal sex trade). Am aware of the reputation of, for example, Ben Lomond Quaker Center, where Walter Sullivan was a director, and it potentially being a 'house of ill-repute' eg for all those non Christian-Quaker workshops in California that could facilitate the sex industry, and the use of the space for this in its quiet times.

Am aware too that post LGTBQ developments especially in recent decades, that the illegal sex industry could even play a role in the Quaker colleges (Haverford, Swarthmore, Earlham, Guildford, Bryn Mawr, and others in FAHE that identify Quaker), and for fundraising in a variety of ways. Am wondering too how societal processes create a record of this potential law breaking, where these laws are developed to protect innocents, and protect people from becoming victims, for example. And am wondering what the lawyers and Quaker Boards at these Quaker colleges are doing to enforce laws, and prevent, for example, the illegal sex industry. Could FAHE even, begin to develop Friendly inquiries into the history here, and as a form of documentation, which could be used both by these Quaker Colleges, Yearly Meetings with oversight of these Colleges (there may still be some, historically at least), and by the law, both state and federal (in the US). Since Quakers are also in many many countries, how to begin to focus these abolition questions in all ~200 countries even? Am aware too that student international programs in Quaker colleges could also be conduits for the illegal sex industry too. International Quaker student and other circles are part of this call for abolition (and also regarding law in all ~200 countries).

Sadly, and regarding the industry aspect of this, in one of my last times at Quaker Meeting in San Francisco, there was a 'magic circle' in the middle of the Meeting Room on the floor, with chairs in a circle around them, and kids getting on and off laps there, - and potentially tragically mention of Trader Joe's being involved here. I hope that Trader Joe's is not part of Friends (re Quaker Meeting's need for money), - and especially regarding Quaker children's programs. And from what I've seen in some Trader Joe's stores, at different times, I'd hypothesize that some of the women I've seen are prostitutes in the aisles, and while I hope not, and don't know how Trader Joe's navigates scoff-law issues in California, for example, I hope if a FAHE long-term inquiry could develop into Quaker Colleges and abolition, that such issues as industry in these other regards, would not be ignored.

While I won't go into the other issues of my whistle-blowing about the SF Quaker Meeting in around 2017 here further, for example, since they aren't too related to FAHE Quaker Higher Education focus, I hope Quaker Meetings can begin to observe the law (even post Stonewall 1969 in the SF Bay Area culture) perhaps more than they have in the past, and that law enforcement, and MD psychiatry in particular can be made readily available to Quaker Meetings (for issues like protecting Quaker kids regarding pedophilia and child abuse, for example, and you'll find a letter about this in Quaker Meetings from long-time Brig Alexander here - https://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2020/03/pan-troglodyte-pan-paniscus-online-md.html), and that perhaps World Univ & Sch's online developing Medical Schools with online Teaching Hospitals can help - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Psychiatry (and potentially in collaboration with a Kaiser Permanent health organization in 8 US states), or even
