Ma, All, 

How's the lease process developing for your Cuttyhunk house rentals? How might this work together with abolition questions too? (And how might the lease process regarding somehow legal language - potentially with state and federal laws - dovetail with installing further 'x Yale Lock with Nest Connect' which will work with last year's 'Google Nest 'that's working now in the Cuttyhunk house - https://home.nest.com/home/46540170-f16a-11eb-81e7-0e583524f6fb ? It's 48 degrees on Cuttyhunk, and partly cloudy!)

If you find a renter for May 1 (author of "Waking Up White" for example?) ... and she were to sign a lease saying she would observe federal and state laws, I think that would potentially protect the house a bit from becoming a possible 'salvage house' for example. I don't want to risk losing 1/3 of the inheritance of this house especially. 

Am living in a 'safe house' north of Berkeley, and potentially seeking asylum on the east coast in May, and may also explore staying with David Thurston on Cuttyhunk in May. It may take a little less than a week to travel from the SF Bay Area to the Boston / New Bedford area in a U-Haul (re seeking to keep costs down, so if you're renting the Cuttyhunk house in May or June, I can check up on it, in some of the above regards too).

Am seeking to continue to develop World Univ & Sch / the WUaS Corporation safely, and regarding abolishing the illegal sex and drugs' industries, and their latent networks of violence, and safely, agency-wise ... until the state of California and the state of Massachusetts and the US federal governments can get their acts together.
