Greetings, and I'm writing to follow up further, having just received an email from my current landlord Navin Doshi north of Berkeley (#2 below) that he would like me to sign the one month 3rd lease agreement for April 2022 by the end of the day today March 18, 2022.
I have also this morning emailed family and friends and Ed Smyth MD (#1 below) about the cities in New England I'm going to move to, if a new place in a 'cleanEd up' Canyon doesn't become available May 1, and for reasons of staying alive and well.
Since I'm planning to move back east (if 670A Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon CA doesn't become available), and you kindly helped me get the initial CA FTB 4 duplicate tax bills (in one way or another) for 2018, '19, & '20 sorted out - and as a State of California and district 7 California state senator's office issue - and since the WUaS CORP's PO BOX address is in Canyon 94516, and I wrote on the USPS federal government's renewal form that I'm living in a 'safe house' north of Berkeley, how please might I best change the address of the WUaS Corporation to a potential address in New England in May, with the CA FTB and your communication, with related taxation issues, if I need to move back east for safety questions?

Places to live on the East Coast near great universities
Hi Ma and Ed,
Warm Greetings from the safe house' north of Berkeley.
At my mother's encouragement, I'm beginning to look for places to live in New England in the near future.
Providence RI
New Haven CT
Hanover NH
Lexington MA (as a start)
... And potentially for May 1. I'd put all my things in a U Haul here and drive across the country.
Staying alive and well in case a possible developing World University and School first property doesn't emerge in a cleaned up Canyon.

Presently, we are working on Refinancing our property. Of course, we will still work with you to grant you one month extension of your lease, however, we are not sure how your move will reflect on our refinancing of property plans. In last fifteen years since, we are leasing our downstairs in-law unit we always were able to lease the unit very quickly without any problem. One more request, we want you to sign one month extension of lease today.

Thanks to Mr. Orozco in your district 7 California state senator's office for suggesting I should contact you, after our approximately ~30 minute talk in Senator Glazer's office in Orinda. And thank you again for helping with both the initial 4 duplicate tax bills from the CA FTB (last November 2021), of which the WUaS Corporation paid one amounting to nearly $3,000 for 2018, 2019, and 2020 tax years (having received for the first time ever a(these) tax bill(s) from the CA FTB), as well as with the health insurance issue before this. As I mentioned in my email to you yesterday, the WUaS Corporation's $800 check to the CA FTB for the 2021 tax year was cashed about 2 weeks ago, and this was one reason I went in on Tu, March 15, 2022, to talk with your district 7 California state senator's office - to say thank you in person, for all of this.
As I and World Univ & Sch wait to hear back from your district 7 California state senator's office regarding questions about a possible 'lock up,' or 'salvage property' coming available, which World Univ & Sch might then begin to grow with, and then reply to my current landlord, Navinchandra Doshi (in District 7 too), in this 'safe house' north of Berkeley, regarding signing a 3rd lease, for a month, before deciding whether to seek asylum on the east coast or in Europe (regarding the risks and threats possibly of mentally ill former landlord in Canyon, and his unwell family too), I'd also like to inquire about the following. If I decide to seek asylum, as a kind of refugee even (for my own personal safety), on the east coast, when should I begin to possibly forward the CC-4 OCW.MIT.EDU -centric wiki World University and School / WUaS Corporation's mail out of state, or change the address completely to one which is out of the state of California?
My current landlord (Navinchandra Doshi on Arlington Blvd.) has asked a number of times for me to sign the extended, month-long 3rd lease, once as early as yesterday afternoon, after which I went into your district 7 California state senator's office (and talked with Mr. Orozco - thank you!), and I would like to reply to my current landlord as soon as possible, and sign the 3rd lease.
