the first from a recent Grand Rounds (which Stanford Med Grand Rounds I was attending regularly, waking up at 5am, until some unethical Stanford Med Sch wrongdoings). Any relationship to the brothers' John and Bill Tabor on Cuttyhunk, I wonder, (by marriage) and regarding John's Unitarian U minister wife Betsy (https://uufes.com/minister-and-staff/) too? Betsy's husband, John Tabor (a Yale Alum, who until about 10 years ago had a ponytail into his 50s I think, as a hippie), lived in Lake County California from about 1981-1986, as a publisher of a small newspaper, and spent much time at Harbin Hot Springs then as well:) I wonder if they could be cousins, since there's some family resemblance.


Interesting to me that Holly's SON, who is autistic (and in the 2nd video there's an association made a number of times with vaccines and autism ... re FDA approval ahead too for the new world of genetic vaccines), is named Colin, re possible Scottish background ... and Holly has learned much and teaches much from his disability as an ethics' Prof, and in fascinating ways...

Am not clear what's happening with possibly seeking asylum (from the illegal sex industry and related, and their latent networks of violence) possibly on Cuttyhunk, either soon, or beginning by driving east at the end of April, or even moving back into a 'cleaned up' Canyon 94516 at 670 Ridgecrest Road ... thoughts, suggestions, questions, ideas? Am a bit in the dark here, since I don't think the current un safe house here north of Berkeley is safe either (regarding for example mentally ill former landlord in Canyon, and latent networks of violence) .... Thanks for your email. 

Appreciating our Cuttyhunk friends, the Tabors (hi to Bill and John and Betsy, and Elise, whom I don't know at all), and also their somewhat traditional, and seemingly good, marriages ... I hope the state of California and the federal government can get their acts together regarding 'cleaning up' Canyon, making it safer, and such that I wouldn't have to travel to Cuttyhunk in May for safety, or asylum, as intriguing as it may be there off-season. Would be more fun to see you there in late June, and even over the whole summer (.... and then, with a possible wife, spend the next 8-10 weeks there) but recall you are now preferring the 'shoulder season' there (and could this change if you meet someone and begin a family?:) But maybe I will have moved back into Canyon at 670 Ridgecrest Road on May 1, and be developing the WUaS Academic Medical Center with Warm Water Cure, and World Univ & Sch Hippy Commune, and on a little farm-let with 6 species in the WUaS Longevity Genetics' Institute for Physical-Digital genetics' research. It's really hot in Canyon on the ridge in summer, however, and so it might be good to move back into Canyon in May possibly, and then head for Cuttyhunk for July and August (when swamp coolers or similar could be installed in all the buildings)! Glad work is going well for you, and that you're finding time for fun too (What are you up to for fun? Roller blading?:))! Greetings to our Cuttyhunk friends! :)

Am still not clear about when best to seek asylum and probably by heading east ... especially since my current landlord Navin Doshi asked to know by tomorrow when (or whether I think) I'm moving out ... with a 3rd extended lease ... so the Doshi's can advertise in Craig's List again ... although I think I'm only supposed to give a month's notice per the first two leases (and am not clear what Navin Doshi has in mind with renting this place, and even the illegal sex industry internationally too, potentially with a tragic history in the back yard even :( ... )

Some further thoughts in some of these regards - 

So, as federal and state law enforcement MIGHT BE playing their Game of GO (surround the other sides' colorful stones, and remove them from the board), are the 'rogueys' playing the game with slightly different game rules (any ones they can make up on the terra firma board of NorCal in this questioning), both potentially armed, and neither perhaps Quaker, UU, Yogic, or otherwise common sense non-harming or similar? And what if they intermingle - and do drama performance or performativity (a social science / anthropology concept, post-modernity wise esp.) well - a hypothetical 'gray car motorcycle parade' of both sides, and everything in between ... and what if it was a funeral for another 'kid in a box' too ... very very speculatively, the rogueys flaunting their stuff ... and letting us know about them ... as well as tracking them with some kind of 2021 Google-Apple Coronavirus tracing App etc.? And what if too, however, some of the people running this inforamtion technology are very very sick themselves, psychiatrically - but they know the code, and its history? And what about the role of messaging - re email lists, Next Door, other social media ... and the law ... and re abolition? 

And while abolition law enforcement may be partly an English-language British-American-informed thing as I'm conceiving of this, there are quite different sensibilities, legal histories ... etc. in Germany for example ... i am reminded of Fritz's comments that they could refer too to Americans (not Africans) sending or 'exporting' 'broken women' - so American victims of the illegal sex industry, for example, to Europe re his trash comment ... for example ... Tragic ... re industry, and business, for example ... Returning to meditation, ... could the US and WUaS get psychiatrists to the 'breakers' (men?) .. and the offenders, perpetrators, purveyors ... and for the victims ... regarding especially too prevention with abolition law?

Good to share WUaS Monthly Business Meeting with Larry beginning a few hours ago - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i6M5m3P7GCvXFw-4qSosLyUhC4BG3ig6/view .

Just filled out a Toyota Palo Alto survey yesterday at around 5:30, receiving it around 4pm PT about 10 days after getting maintenance on 2016 Toyota Prius c Hybrid 4th generation car, and asking if, in survey, I could work with a different service representative next time at Magnussen's, than Octavio (again, and from whom I get a bad ethical vibe ...), having this time waited 30 minutes before getting car worked on, curiously, and with no communication from them in the process (Is Toyota Palo Alto losing staff? Is Octavio some kind of de facto head now there, in a transitioning place?). Re GPS, distributed internet, Google Maps, Toyota Palo Alto not seeming to be doing very well, with almost no cars out front these days, and Octavio and very very speculatively, possibly his Diablo Valley College instructor dominic tardivel (is he in a 3 way CA marriage even with tom wylie and lindsay wylie? ... and might he want out of Canyon? are the last 2 of them going to have kids? ), - and especially the possible tragedy of kids in Canyon and predation, re another 'kid in a box" questioning, and a possible parade of rogues some weeks' ago (in this email), possibly originating next door to the north, - speculation in this email ... I was having some lunch outside just now, and for the very very first time, I heard some kids playing (let alone anyone doing anything there) briefly outside (grandkids of people I don't know whatsoever?) ... and someone said quite audibly "Dominic" ... and that was about it ...   so in wondering about where to live next year, and staying safe in this kooky California in some ways, am wondering how to begin to plan for the spring, and where to live, effectively, and for safety - and re California getting its act together, re CA law, and re law enforcement too, (if the wylie-tardivels are all serious criminals even)? 

Even with there being safety in emailing you all as a group, re networks of allies and protesting (per a Harvard philosophy colloquium talk I heard and participated in yesterday), Jim, asked to be off group emails, and re his and my helpful and service science communications, my ongoing living in a safe house, calling for abolition, and seeking potentially asylum in the spring (in Europe or the East Coast), and Jim is an IBMer as are in Canyon Ellin and ner non-Canyon resident Neale Barrett, and Jim has much insight into GPS and Computer Science ... and regarding thinking strategically and technically in these regards too ... so I will email him this later.

I suppose smartphone tracking, or car tracking, could be construed differently, or in a related vein too ... and even re Google Maps, for example, in the US ... re the 4th amendment ...


Given what I think of as the tracking that's already going on these days with GPS (and per what I'm calling the "non-credible death threat" I received), for example (and that Jim Spohrer recommended getting an Electronic Shield Bag even, re GPS, I think, and to protect again a secondary signal on smartphones, based on radio frequencies), I suppose 4th Amendment IT law  already has a legal track record in all 50 US states and federally in these regards, and that such smartphone technologies could be construed differently than "persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures ... " ...

How to further abolish the illegal sex industry internationally, and their latent networks of violence, and not head in the direction of The Netherlands for example, and not loose privacy either? 

Some further thoughts as I think about seeking asylum soon (being a bit in the dark with regards to legal and other state of CA and federal government developments, per possibly Canyon 94516 even).

Great to hear from you. I'm seeking to respond to your request of yesterday to let you know by tomorrow M 3/14/22 that I'm either going to move out at the end of April into Canyon again,  or even seek asylum on the east coast regarding calling for abolition of the illegal sex industry (illegal drugs too) and their networks of violence. I've reached out to my mother and friend Ed Smyth MD and the district 7 state senator's office, in writing and on the phone, but if I don't hear back by tomorrow, on this short notice, I realize (in this now 3rd possible extended lease), this time for a month, that we've been talking about a month's notice for this second extended (month-long) lease all along, and I hope we might continue to observe this month's notice agreement (again if I don't hear back regarding the possibility of Work World University and School & the WUaS Corporation getting a physical site in Canyon) regarding letting you know about the month of April, and signing this 3rd document.

It's not exactly clear to me how to reach out to someone in the state of California - & legally, & related law enforcement ... Hence my uncertainty about getting back to you tomorrow, and there are still 2 further weeks before the end of the month.

Seeking to move into a 'safe house' if Canyon is getting cleaned up.'
