Asylum, on the east coast or in Europe? 


Hi Ma, (all),

Glad you're going to the symphony this evening, and to your book group tomorrow night.

Am not I think in a 'safe house' north of Berkeley (re former landlord tw and his unwell daughter lw and networks) and if the state of California and federal government legal processes do not play out to protect people esp victims of the illegal sex industry internationally and with their latent networks of violence, I think I will have to seek asylum on Cuttyhunk (without heat too), the east coast or in Europe in April or May 1. (Almost added Peter Norvig to this email thread).

And as major culture shift could be occuring in the SFBay area with a federal government state of California legal conversation unfolding!

Walked up and down Telegraph Ave this evening, and looped through UC Berkeley itself ... Moffitt library is pretty closed down, as is the Free Speech Movement cafe  ... so many stores are closed due to the non-epidemic ... kind of a Wasteland (which store doesn't exist on Telegraph) ... People's Park is a tent city, with homeless folks nearly packed in ... The People of Berkeley in People's Park  ... lots of very diverse students near UC Berkeley on Telegraph from about 3 blocks away from Bancroft Ave along the south side of campus ... about 50% were wearing masks ... some people wearing clothes from India, confident, smiling ... from a meditation tradition, and good close family? ... That was an 'Addiction' word painted on the Anastasia Clothing store, a block from campus ... is that a sign of a place one could even discreetly purchase Schedule 1 (most serious category) recreational drugs possibly (and regarding G.G.'s long time 'research' focus on addiction ... is he really a pharmacologist too? ? ?  ... or is it just a word for advertising ... I can only imagine it's a lucrative business ... )?  From Cal Berkeley chemistry labs via Gantt and many others into retail venues on Telegraph, selling addiction ... regarding the opioid epidemic ???? Yuck ... 

The country regarding what I'm calling the "non-creditable death threat' I received was in the Middle East ... in a kind of faux tourism advertisement on Pandora ... I haven't seen Pandora pop up in all the years since ... 

Am making plans to head east soon... because I'm skeptical that the state of California and the federal government can 'clean up' the Bay Area, and especially Canyon ... and besides having written to the district 7 state senator's office the other day, which some of you may have seen, and not heard back ... I'm out of the loop, basically impoverished, ... and not clear where to live safely next on the east coast or in Europe ... 


Seeking not to become a victim, and realize, can only imagine, how deeply woven crime could be woven into the fabric of Berkeley, and SF Bay cities ... and Canyon too ... (even into the UC Berkeley Law School, w. kell, and potentially regarding a lot of professors at Cal too ...  n.graburn regarding the illegal sex industry internationally ... not easy to do law enforcement regarding professors or chemistry labs etc., for example ... Would help if the professors modeled lawful behavior I suppose ... 


Perhaps World Univ & Sch can do better ... with me on the east coast or in Europe ... re asylum ...

It's amazing to me that Work World University and School is in Google Street View with time slider et al (below), so is virtual, and that it might even become a 'safe house' to move back into (at 670 Ridgecrest Rd Canyon) ... re asylum esp. Could it become a first physical too site for Work World University and School (and a place for me to live in safely too)? 

How was the symphony, Ma? Hoping it was great to hear and be with friends too! Not sure what is happening with 'unsafe house' north of Berkeley or asylum(?) or next steps... Will hope to touch base further with Ed sooner than later:) Have a great book group tonight! (I drove by the UU CHURCH OF KENSINGTON last night and saw 10 green kayaks on a trailer behind a van ... Could be interesting to do a kayaking trip with adults in their 20s there, but there's nothing on the website ... or even do a similar kayaking trip with UCSF Medicine residents ... Where Ed and Valerie met on a rafting trip together through UCSF MEDICINE... Maybe after House in Canyon settles out... stay tuned ☺️

As a further follow up regarding my seeking asylum, and possibly even leaving soon, and for the east coast:
 
I think seeking asylum on the east coast is the non-violent, non-harming (pacifist, conscientious objector too) way to potentially deal with the threat of a criminal mentally ill former landlord in Canyon (???perpetrator, offender, purveyor, murderer?, tax evader? and potentially much more??? ... Where is the documentation for all of this? state of California health records, federal government health records?) ... and it could allow the state of California and the US federal government to come into communication more fully to make a decision regarding the past 50 years of this (and soon building on a history over the past 2 years of non-epidemic self-quarantine, and longer) ... and allow sick former landlords to choose even to go into a secure retirement facilities (for offenders too) eg in Martinez CA or similar ... rather than have 'the state' decide for him, ... and possibly all before Monday 3/14/22 in this instance???

Interesting ... At the Valle Vista staging area 2.5 miles from Canyon the other day, I saw what could have been Casey's luminous green car from Canyon the other day (and husband of wonderful Sonya Wilson) ... And possibly a confidant of mentally ill former landlord tom wylie ... and at one point, the driver's side door was open (as I was heading to the relatively new head / rest room there) ...

It makes me wonder if Casey would be open to meeting t w in the Valle Vista staging area
... and letting t w drive himself in Casey's car to a secure retirement facility (possibly at the end of April) ... Like in Martinez ... and then Casey would drive back home to Canyon ... Putting t w in the driver's seat literally ... and agency wise too (so philosophically) ...

Don't know if it was, or what conversation is unfolding in Canyon regarding this developing World University and School but I think wonderful Sonya Wilson (from seeing her at the Canyon PO not too long ago) would be happy to see him t w go ... All very speculatively ...

Would Casey be a possible good person to communicate with over the weekend, Ed, by any chance? I think you have Sonya and Casey's combined email from my emails to Elena Tyrell Ellin Barret Sonya Wilson and Andrew Tyrell. 

Am hoping to let Navin know by Monday about my last month here, whether I head into asylum (because of t w threats as significant risk) or even possibly move back into Canyon. 

Perhaps I could even write Sonya Wilson and Andrew Tyrell Ellin Barret and Elena Tyrell ... But I think it's safer possibly for you to do so, due to tw being such a risk.
