Our next CodeX group meeting will be today, June 4, from 1:30p to 2:30p PT, via Zoom - access info below. 


We're excited to feature two student teams from the recent Building @ JGU: CSCAILR Demo Day, hosted by the Cyril Shroff Centre for AI, Law and Regulation (CSCAILR) at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. The Demo Day brought together student teams building technology-enabled solutions across law, justice, governance, and public systems — presenting early-stage ideas and prototypes to practitioners, technologists, legal innovation leaders, and domain experts across three panels: Innovation, Product, and Deployment:

  • Ramkumaar Madhavan: Mediation Simulator, a platform designed for law students and young professionals to simulate mediation proceedings using two AI agents capable of voice-based interaction. Users can engage with pre-designed scenarios and receive structured feedback following the simulation. The project received the recognition for “Most Intuitive Solution” at the Demo Day.
  • Arya Sreeram, Sania Bafna, Rhea Agnihotri: Justice Lens, a legal technology platform focused on enabling real-time legally accurate translation across languages while supporting secure and trustworthy virtual court proceedings through deepfake detection and identity verification systems. The project received the recognition for “Most Impactful Solution” at the Demo Day.
