KP physical on Tuesday 6/23/26 with my PCP, first one in many years: and seeking also to talk about 

1) twisted ankle on M May 25, 2026 which is gradually getting better, 


2) 'eustachian tube dysfunction; or 'water wound' in R ear, and possible aging reversal genetic therapies for this in the future;  

2 a) aging eyes, and now using reading glasses? Genetic aging reversal therapies in future, emerging from first epigenetic reprogramming ER 100 drug now in clinical trials for wide-angle glaucoma; 

2 b) melanoma questions - specific moles ?



3) 5 death threats and with one death attempt with gun shot to vehicle on M 5/18/26 much up on Skyline drive in Oakland from tesla/ TwitterX / spaceX re chabot space and science center in cahoots with US space agency even? ; 

3 a) reporting this gunshot and death threats too to the Oakland Police at its headquarters on 7th street on Th May 21, and F May 22, 2026 - to Officer B Pyle in particular 

3 a i)
escalating still - and regarding the 3 "We Will Kill You" death threats initially in the future tense, and then the tesla death threat with the 3 shots a minute later, and then the gunshot to my vehicle on M May 18, 2026 near the chabot space and science center, both on Skyline drive ... regarding nole ksum owner death cults' companies' cultures ?

3 b) communications with Kristin Connelly and US Senator from MA, and former Harvard Law Professor, Elizabeth Warren (re Canyon 94516 too over the years), and US Senator from CA, Alex Padilla 



4) seeking in ongoing way to move forward with the physical-digital WUaS Academic Medical Center into a newly safe vacant with property deed 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 with the US federal government working effectively with the state of California in new ways; 



5) calling the local police from Canyon 94516 in September 2020, thanks to, nearby to Moraga, Cindy & Byron Hann MDs' suggestion, about 6 months into the SARS CoV2 pandemic lock down, and then moving into a safe house / unsafe house north of Berkeley in El Cerrito - and the US Postal Service possibly stealing a check sent to me there from my mother, 


6) fleeing for my life I would say to the eastern Seaboard around August 1, 2023 (i think), due to death threats too, and the 2 asylum houses there, with the murderous run through attempt of me sadly by international organized crime?? frederic khayat, a cmu student at the time and french-swiss from the federal EPFL polytechnique university, or lebanese soldier ???, 


7), the murder word spoken to me by vp shauna mcnally in chase bank shadyside pgh pa, and the closing of my chase credit card account of 20 some years which I learned about on penn avenues in a trader js, fairly near to the chase bank wilkinsburg pgh also on penn avenue (and re chase's jenifer weber and george nicolai there), and the spurious letters from chase bank credit card ohio, 


8) reporting this to Pgh Police's Alphonso Evans; the arson attempts etc at the second asylum house in pgh on callowhill street, and lobos management's bryant street rentals  in Highland Park involvement in organized crime too? ... and emailing US Senator and former Harvard Law Professor Elizabeth Warren and Pgh attorney Shawn Flaherty and many others about this; 


9) being in asylum also in Massachusetts for a brief time in these 2 1/2 years; 


10) heading back to the sf bay area departing pgh first on 12/10/24 in car, because in my analysis it had become safe, and leaving car in Berkeley, and flying back to pgh for Xmas 2024; then 


11) departing Pgh again on 12/31/24 in a UHaul truck with all my things from storage in pgh to the sf bay area, and putting them into storage in Moraga; 


12) seeking to move forward into a newly safe 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 with your Ed Smyth MDs precipitation begin in around March 2023 in talking in El Cerrito and due to John Sargent MD at Tufts .. yes it it's a good idea to move into Canyon if it's safe, but how to know if it's safe is the question; 


13) messaging Javier Deleon MD my PCP in the KP system about being in asylum a couple of times and starting I think around autumn 2022 when I fled for my life I think; 


14) impoverished, kaiser permanente with contra costa county seeming to try to get me out of the KP system this spring 2026, having not had a physical or seen Javier Deleon MD in years as my PCP ... with kaiser permanente's and contra costa county's possible involvement even in international organized crime in the sf east bay??;   


15) leasing this 2025 Toyota Sienna Woodland edition minivan on March 4, 2025 from Toyota Palo Alto, and basically living in it since then, as I continue to seek to move forward into a newly safe vacant with property deed 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 and as World University and School grows a worldwide abolition movement further to abolish the wrongful buying and selling of people in the illegal sex, drugs, violence, car theft, military targeting etc industries' internationally and their latent networks of violence and in WUaS seeking to code for all 7.9 billion people on the planet, and not only to grow free universal education, but to end poverty by distributing Mine Pi cryptocurrency to the poorest say 1 billion people, and to facilitate avatar agent electronic health records even for extreme longevity genetic drug therapies 1st ones FDA approved by 2050???; 


16) and continuing to do Yoga meditation and Yoga Asana first thing upon rising, and teach Yoga, eight limbs of Yoga potentially for 80 and 90 year olds too - https://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2026/06/mentha-aquatica-restorative-yoga-class.html ...  ; 


17) may write some of this on the KP form ... on paper, or ... ?? when I head to see Dr Javier Deleon on Tuesday afternoon; 18: with some concerns about some KP employees being involved in organized crime too, and as I continue to seek to move into Canyon 94516 pronto


18) Visited 2 Quaker Meeting places yesterday Sat June 20, 2026, in Carmel and Santa Cruz, and made some organized crime inferences at both sadly, and one Unitarian Universalist church in Monterey ... and continue to seek a US federal investigation into the sf quajer meeting on 9th street since whistle blowing loudly in around 2017, and also re possible twitterx / tesla / spacex offices on the 10th floor etc in the skyscraper across from the sf quajer meeting house on 9th ... and their involvement with international organized crime tragically and with kids too ...
