2. Dharma as Your Unique Visual and Bodily Truth
Traditionally, dharma means duty, cosmic law, or the right way of living. In Angela and Victor's teaching, dharma is deeply tied to authenticity.
  • Undivided Self: Dharma is discovering your own nature rather than trying to fit into someone else's mold.
