My & World Univ & Sch's internet wifi signal was not working all night last night F 6/5/26 beginning around 7:30 pm PT & Sat 6/6/26 newly for the first time while van-camping in the East Bay MUD greenwood.about 2.5 miles south of the Canyon USPO 94516 & near Moraga. With 5 fairly recent death threats and see PS below, how best please to keep wifi working here and for safety reasons, (or could it even be off for safety reasons somehow ??) ... and both re international organized crime? Thoughts?

Received 3 'substantial' pieces (all from the 'state' in a sense) of mail on Thursday, one from the California Highway Patrol re ticket where I also reported 4 of the death threats to CHP Officer Everett (thus getting further state protection I posit) ... and think these 3 pieces could be one step closer to my moving into a newly safe vacant  670 Ridgecrest Rd Canyon 94516 with property deed ... with the state of California and the US federal government working together effectively in new ways.

Phone says 'No service' too so not even 'Emergency calls only' ... so apparently I can't call out in case of emergency ... Who might be doing this, risks' wise please? 
Seeking wifi connectivity 24/7 and for safety reasons re communications in the night for example. 

I've just driven into Moraga to see if I can get wifi and send this. I think World Univ & Sch WUaS is making progress in knocking back international organized crime in the SF east bay and Canyon 94516 too.

It could possibly have opened a new way to explore developing WUaS Law Schools in India with the Jindal Global Law School  https://jgu.edu.in/jgls/ in all its languages and potentially in all 36 jurisdictions or subnational entities  (paralleling states) ...  Opened the 3 letters ... 1) from my PCP Javier DeLeon MD: KP fit kit is on the way ... as a feedback loop in the KP system too and re the Canyon 94516 post office - and my having written in the KP messaging system to Dr Deleon that I was in asylum on the eastern seaboard for ~2.5 years +, 2) I continue to have Medi-Cal coverage i.e. in CA, 3) traffic ticket of $233 ...
