A SQL university and school in all 7,106 + languages and 242 + countries as wiki, with face-to-face interactions and learning in group video is indeed a new way of conceiving of the University.

A structured query language online university is something that not even MIT OCW (in 9+ languages) is building or developing that I can see, and since semantic structured querying language will develop remarkably in the years ahead, the inter-lingual research potential of this is wondrous.
