Spathiphyllum: Announcement and News for WUaS's March 12, 2016 Monthly Business Meeting

NEWS about World University and School: 

1 World University and School is a continuing client in the UC Berkeley Law "New Business Practicum" course - https://www.law.berkeley.edu/new-business-practicum/ - meeting with 3 Practicum Associates and Professor Kell as a legal team at Berkeley Law to focus on the legal and business sides of World University and School.

2 WUaS is seeking to develop our new "front end" now in two languages - http://worlduniversityandschool.org/WUaS_En_Wiki/ and http://worlduniversityandschool.org/WUaS_De_Wiki/ - in Wikidata/Wikibase beginning soon. All of this will be accessible from the WUaS "front page" - http://worlduniversityandschool.org/. WUaS seeks to have an online course catalogue as database with AI available by late spring / early summer so that prospective high school students (with their parents) can begin to decide this autumn whether to apply to accrediting WUaS, again for free best STEM CC OpenCourseWare WUaS degrees, first for overseas students in English. Students will be studying from their high school rooms.

3 World University and School was very glad to participate again in the 20th U.S.-China Legal Exchange on Monday, February 29, 2016 at Stanford Law (http://events-prod.stanford.edu/events/578/57853/ and http://cee.stanford.edu/news-events/events/20th-us-china-legal-exchange and http://export.gov/china/uschinalegalexchange/), with US Secretary of Commerce Kelly Welsh, and looks forward to further collaborations, and especially with the the Stanford China Guiding Cases Project also at Stanford Law.

4 WUaS won't travel in June to the Friends Association of Higher Education at Woodbrooke Quaker Centre in England to present about WUaS and do outreach for student applicants this autumn due to financial constraints.

World University and School is looking for a new, Board member, for example, to focus on fundraising, and to actually bring in significant monies for WUaS. 

The next, open, hour-long, WUaS, monthly business meeting is on Saturday, April 9th, 2016. 

And this month I'll continue to send out a second email after business meeting with WUaS Minutes.

For people on the sporadic, somewhat frequent, WUaS, email list, or who wish to be, WUaS is posting actively to both the WUaS Google Group (world-university-and-school@googlegroups.com), and the WUaS Yahoo Group (worlduniversityandschool@yahoogroups.com), both of which allow for daily and weekly digests. Please join these groups for daily and weekly digests.  

Concerning this WUaS team email list, we'll generally send out business meeting emails once a month.
