Many great piping tunes, esp. the 'Gaelforce Wind' set, 2 tunes of which are actual piping tunes - in Open Band (Berkeley)'s Scottish Country Dancing sheet music for Monday 1/13/20 ... Glad we're playing the 'High Road to Linton' reel (again) too ... an opportunity to bring this fast reel up from 170 bpm to 220 bpm (on my metronome) ... and then apply this tempo to all SCD piping reels. Glad too re these 'discoveries' to have piped between 10 & 11pm.

It would be great to live in Scotland for another year or three, and play gigs (and develop MIT OCW-centric wiki Scotland World Univ & Sch, in a few languages even - eg English, Scots' Gaelic & Scots), coming into conversation with Anna & Mairearad

I wonder if we figure out how to reverse aging per MIT and Harvard Professor of Genetics' George Church (search on Woolly Mammoth in this blog post - https://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2020/01/geyser-time-to-license-wuas-with-cas.html - and watch the George Church NPR interview to get an idea about how it would work; see the 'longevity' label in my blog too :)), and live beyond the 122 years of Jeanne Calment, whether we'll all be celebrating Scottish music at age 835.
