Alex, it looks like we connected in September of 2012, after meeting at a Reed College gathering at Steve Carlson's home around Silicon Valley, with whom I've just been in communication. (I lived for a year in Munich through a Reed College program in 1981-1982, living in StudentenStadt and studying at LMU and in Olympia Zentrum, - I may have told you then). See below for some interesting possibilities - since you're licensed to practice law in France and German, if I remember correctly.

CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch, of which I'm the founder and head, is seeking our 2nd undergraduate class this autumn 2020, as we license with the state of California (soon to accredit after this). Students would be studying from home in English, first, and from all ~200 countries' in the world. World Univ & Sch is seeking 500 Abitur students initially in a class of about ~2000 this autumn, if possible, And students would be studying MIT OCW into MITx courses, conceptually like -  https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/mitx-related-courseware/ - in The College at World University and School  - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/The_College_at_World_University_and_School. And WUaS is seeking to create ~200 online law schools in countries' official / main languages with time as well. (Barbara van Schewick, and Roland Vogl at Stanford Law CodeX are familiar with these developing ideas). The single cryptocurrency idea, below, in some of all ~200 countries and to speakers of all 7,111 known living languages, and distributed via UBI experiments (coding brainstorming-wise for all 7.5 billion people on the planet would emerge out of the Euro in 19 out of 28 countries, and after the dollar) - and develop potentially with Wikidata in Berlin.  Check out the Wall Street Journal article below in these regards.
