free online "55 minute yoga class taught by both Angela and Victor with the title ‘Between Body and Soul” " - https://angela-victor.com/blogs/victor/embodiment-conference-14-25-october-2020 - via 'The Embodiment Conference" conference beginning tomorrow - and received no information whatsoever from this conference web site. Gmail address seems to have become disembodied! :)
Thoughts on how I can take your class here (but not yet interactively with you teaching remotely, since you & Angela are not heading in the online interactive direction! :)
Greetings from a new 'safe house' in another part of the SF Bay Area (but I may move back into Canyon 94516 house, if things become safer there at some point in the future!)
We have created a recording of a 55 minute yoga class taught by both Angela and Victor with the title ‘Between Body and Soul”. We are 2 of the 1000 presenters on yoga, trauma and social change, dance and creativity, etc. Participation is free of charge and all content will be freely available for all registered participants for at least 24 hours after live display of the sessions.....

I've checked the Yoga Mac Flower gmail spam folder numerous times, and since I first shared my email with 'The Embodiment Conference,' - but there's nothing from them there, or in the 'social' or 'promotions' folders, let alone in the gmail primary email folder / tab.

And it seems that if you'd like to see the free 55 minute 'Between Body and Soul' video taught by Angela & Victor on October 19th - in the 48 hour window of opportunity after this, you may have to register for 'The Embodiment Conference' - which seems to have just become possible!

Have you ever taught hot springs' yoga before? How about bath tub yoga? Meditations in warm water for the inner releasing action, connecting with the inner body :)?
I found this morning while doing laundry that my new place is good for reading books. Laundry machines inside, blue jeans getting washed, I found I could pull myself away from the computer to read physical books (still Castells' 'Communication Power' and McPhee's 'The Crofter and the Laird' and rereading the Lao Tzu's 'Tao the Ching') ... It used to be I had to pull myself away from the boob tube (TV) to read a book, and while perhaps the computer monitor is coming to replace the television for some, I haven't explored reading or listening to too many books from the computer screen :) There's wisdom in books (in reading history, for ex. - and what's wisdom?) - in the textuality or text in particular, the recombining of the letters of the alphabet in new ways thanks to the open ended generation of writing ...
I searched on Friends' Journal and Nontheist Friends (in Google) and found this in FJ, and interestingly by a Quaker psychiatrist who has worked in the US -
Am appreciative re the 'spiritual' word, also of the 'philosophy' word and regarding the Quakerly 'discernment' word, regarding aspects of non-theism (for me) -
Am also appreciative of the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy (even regarding a kind of friendly - small f - approach to philosophy), and found in a related vein -
Am also appreciative of another non-theistically Friendly-related brilliant psychiatrist's thinking (George was also a family friend with whom my family shared Xmas meal with for about 23 years), but unfortunately he published very little (yet am re-sharing this FJ's article of his - and re the discernment word too) -
I think nontheist Friends' thinking, because of a liberation from the divine or similar language, also open an opportunity for Friends and Quakers to explore psychiatry in our Meetings, for example, much more fully than Friends do now (and newly online especially), and in this regard, see Minute 4C in the NtF-informed World Univ & Sch Monthly Business Meeting Minutes from last month ...
