And thank you for the great job description for volunteering as Director of Operations, at CC-4 OCW.MIT.EDU -centric wiki 1) Work World University and School and 2) the WUaS Corporation. Your writing shows good understanding of some of the things Work World University and School could grow with. And WUaS would greatly benefit from having a proactive Intern Director of Operations regarding achieving goals. While I think student recruiting will be important operations-wise, and even for September first 2022, I'm glad that Mwende Evande in Cameroon Africa has completed the free CC-4 LICENSED "CS FIRST WITH GOOGLE AT WUAS," learning Scratch programming language projects - https://csfirst.withgoogle.com/login - and is seeking to matriculate as a Bachelor degree student (4 years) in the autumn. With students for free degrees will be studying the amazing free CC-4 LICENSED https://ocw.mit.edu/, I think the WUaS Google platform developments and opportunities particularly with AI and machine learning, and eventually in Google's 134 languages (with Google Translate too) will potentially help focus some of the ideas you share in your job description.

I could make you an administrator at WUAS admin.google.com as potentially a very helpful support in becoming volunteer director of operations.

While, given your Operation experience with warehouses, I initially wondered about your becoming a volunteer director of operations in the WUaS Corporation and regarding the WUaS Educational Services' Bookstores Robot Stores too, since WUaS is an authorized carrier of 3 LEGO Robotics' kits in the US and online - http://worlduniversityandschool.org/AcademicPress.html - and the Academic Press at World University and School planning 7151 known living languages, which has published 5 books, I think developing communication and your operations' knowledge and track record too at Work World University and School (WUaS) could be great. Is there a way we could meet in a video conference to explore some of these things further, Gerard? What would be some good possible times?

One more thing: given the history of criminality in the world and even MIT's recent history of tragedy and with kids, for example, Work World University and School is continuing to call for abolition, the abolishing of the wrongful buying and selling of people, and regarding not only the legal processes of countries, but also with international law and local government law and law enforcement too, and is also seeking to develop a WUaS culture and track record of not only the above - but also the excellence of MIT knowledge generation (and, FYI, WUaS is not affiliated with MIT but only building on their CC-4 LICENSED MIT OCW-CENTRIC COURSES). As WUaS seeks to code for all the people (7.9 billion) planet each a Wikidata WIKIBASE Pin #, for wiki schools and wiki co-creation too (and many other reasons), among speakers of all 7151 living languages in 200 countries, I think we can can develop this in our unfolding conversation about becoming a volunteer director of operations. If this Operations' role became a paid position ... who would this position respond to ... and be hired or fired by ... beyond WUaS Monthly Business Meeting? ... Perhaps a different job title ... ? As a volunteer, there wouldn't be any way to change challenges that might arise beyond language ... and his being in the Philippines makes these questions even more complicated regarding possibly international law, for example ... and I don't think we have a communication process understanding going forward (and in these regards am recalling a very strange interaction with someone loosely affiliated with the SF Quaker Meeting in SF - possibly with a Harvard Law degree I think - some years ago, who wanted complete anonymity ... and who spooked me out a little regarding even kids ... with a Philippines' connection strangely, and with whom I talked with Larry about ... Ted someone ... .. )

In seeking to become the Harvard / Stanford / MIT of the internet ... in all 200 countries ... how to head for excellence ...


So, a director of operations? -

WUaS in Google Sites ... .edu has been a difficult domain name to get without accreditation in the past

-Develop an easy access or user-friendly main website and use ".edu" or an alternative ".education" domain.

WUaS Beyond CC-4 ocw.mit.edu - centric degrees, I see this occurring too with CS First with Google at WUAS ... what could Gerard as Operations' head add

-Develop a detailed and easy to understand course curriculum

WUaS - no advertising as I see this ... on either Google Sites or in Wikidata Wikibase MediaWiki platforms (per some agreements), and in planning IT -wise for all ~200 countries and in their main languages for free degrees and quality-wise too ...

-Advertise companies or events in exchange of donations

WUaS would benefit greatly from hosting online events over time potentially ... (although I see Stanford and MIT doing of this diministing a bit, after the 2 years of the corona virus meme pandemic .. )

-Participate in online events and research activities (there are several university research affiliate groups hosting online events and research activities)


WUaS already in the PhD planning with possibly 42 major - based on MIT OCW and Yale OYC - for developing our WUaS goals strategically is offering a 7 year PhD degree with a possible master's degree along the way, as exit strategy, but in seeking to build the PhD program, and yet if WUaS could get reimbursement from Philippine governments' departments of education for a 1 year MBA degree from Sloan courses, that could be interesting re


-Additional Degree Programs (Master/PhD by Research to improve research and library resources)

AND

-Offer fast track degree programs (1-2 year Master's Degree)


-Award honorary degrees to establish a better alumni community (Send digital honorary degree certificates to advocates of free education or influential people and request for a thank you message from the recipient)

I think WUaS just by updating our password recently became part of CA's BPPE - Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education - a first step in accreditation, and possibly with WASC senior also in California, with further possible scrutiny or these questions that are emerging for me with regards to Gerard's suggestion here ... Accreditation protects WUaS potentially, I think, and WASC Senior is the gold standard potentially too re quality questions ... all emerging here ...

-Additional free school accreditation (there is an accreditation institution offering free accreditation)

CS First with Google at WUaS also is engaging standards and thus accreditation questions in the new online world of MOOCs ... in a sophisticated IT focused way
